I am so impressed with my Samsung, no out of balance loads so no walking across the floor. I have 4 cats and 1 dog and this machine removes the hair from my laundry. It is getting rid of old stains and discoloration from my clothes. I am able to choose how much water is used by my machine for every wash cycle. The dryer filter has little debris which proves the washer is removing the dirt. Though it is a little slow it does the job.

I have had no issues with the washer at all, and its been used for normal regular clothes, intimates and even bedding. No issues at all, it has many options from water level, water temp, washing options etc. the only thing but its really a me issue, is when i get the clothes after theyve been washed, the really bottom ones are hard to get for me (im 5'5) but thats it.
