Too complicated

May just need to be adjusted? Also, the clothes don't smell clean, but may be the detergent I am using. I also don't like that I can't make my own cycle. I have to choose a program - I just want to wash the clothes! Very complicated and overdone.

Learning Curve

Machine is huge, but uses much less detergent and much less water. Clothes are less wet after rinse cycling and seem to come out cleaner. Love the merlot color but it tends to show laundry room dust more than a white machine would.

So many settings to get the exact results quickly & efficiently. Also bought the dryer to go along with it (that was 20 yrs old).

Great washer and dryer

I can not believe how much easier and more advanced this new set is. My new set is a Samsung and my old set was a LG. My old set is still going strong but not quite big enough so I gave it to my parents and they are very happy with them.

Service from Best Buy was great on the purchase, but they initially dropped the ball on delivery. However, when brought to their attention, they went out of their way to make it right for us. Would recommend them.
