It does what it suppose to, does not have smart control only smart care. Other than that it's good

Lots of options, beautiful addition to my laundry room.

One start because there is not a lower rating, my personal experience with Samsung is terrible and this is the last straw, never again another Samsung device or any Korean or Chinese device for that matter. We had to retuned the washing machine just arrived, then the new one vibrated and never fully drained the water from the detergent compartment. Few years ago the machine started once reach the middle of any cycle start over again, so we are forced to stop the machine in mid cycle when we think the clothes are somehow rinse, in top of that Samsung never helped and they discontinued the product, although is not true, is the color the only thing they discontinued.

Love the variety of options and the fact you can customize those options too!

Great machine, but the loads take longer than the norm.

Have had for 4 years. Worked great for a while. After about 2 years we found a sock had clogged the drain. The drain gets smelly really quick and needs constant draining and constant self washes, even with leaving door open. I ma going back to a top loader.

If you leave clothes in to long they mold use good detergent

I did extensive research on washers before choosing this machine. It was nearly impossible to find a machine with mostly positive reviews and let's face it, washers are pricey! This one seemed to have good reviews across the board and newer technology with the steam. My old washer was a whirlpool cabrio top loader and it had lots of issues and a mold/odor problem and the clothes didn't smell clean. When the installers took it out there was mold on the floor where it had sat. So glad it's gone and this machine is a dream. I'm very short and really appreciating how easy it is to get clothes out now. <3 We didn't bother with the risers and the height is just fine for me. (i'm 5') I've done probably 8 loads so far and it's quick and the clothes smell great and are very dry when the cycle is done so doesn't take long for them to dry at all. We got the steam dryer that goes with this unit. Very very pleased with both and they look super awesome to boot.

The washer makes a little noise. Some of the previous reviews I read stated that there is a smell with the washer. I have not noticed this yet.
