Item was backordered twice. We took the dryer home with us. Dryer was a floor model at excellent price (300$). It couldn't be returned. If we wanted a matching set had to go to brandsmart to get same washer. Bad customer service in trying to resolve this problem.

Amazing Washer machine, easy setup for starter. I do not have words to explain how beautiful are the clothes after the cycle of wash is completed. Just need to be carefully when select the choices ( Cycle selector, Temperature button, Spin Selection and Soil Level selection). Reading the instructions in the Manual is a need and help a lot. For example, The Sanitized Cycle spent 2.40 hrs to complete the entire wash and the clothes are 99.99 % free of any bacteria ( Amazing for the FLU season). For starter washer operators you can save under MY CYCLE choice all features to wash the clothes without getting too much head ache setting the machine any time that you want to use the Washer machine. Several choices for different type of clothes : Jeans ( heavy Duty), Bedding ( Clothes use for sleep), Sanitized ( clothes affected by bacteria germs), Allergen ( Clothes affected by Allergies products, including animal germs), Normal ( Regular clothes), Quick Wash ( for people under RUSH), Perm Press ( for clothes that DO NOT NEED IRON PRESS and ,many more choice. in My opinion this is number 1 washer machine in the world and my rate from 1 to 5 is 10 in overall. NOT doubt when you decide to buy this washer machine!!!!!!!!!!!.

I've had the pair for about 8 months now. It's user friendly and has many options. I know it cleans and dries well. The large capacity is nice for big loads and duvets and comforters. A couple things to note about the washer. The wash has a self clean cycle which is nice, but the indicator light comes on about once a month and the process is about 4 hours long. When it spins dry, I do occasionally hear some noise and vibration, even shrieking at times. I'm not sure why since it's balanced. The other thing is the liquid detergent dispenser, 9 out of 10 times, is full of water after the cycle is done. It's somewhat of an annoyance. And if I would have realized it in the store, I probably would have splurged to buy the pedestals. I usually think they're a waste of money but they sit very low to the ground. So I have to kneel to get in there to the back when I move the load from the wash to the dryer and or out of the dryer.

after only 3 years this washer started to leak! im so disappointed i expected better quality from samsung.

I bought the dryer a month ago and I'm MOST pleased. First, it dries cloths. It is easy/simple to use in terms of selecting the various settings and it is quiet. Highly recommend it.

Been using the washing machine for 5 months now and it's been great! My clothes have come out clean and problem free. One slightly annoying thing is the end of cycle signal. It is a very long Asian sounding jingle that gets old fast. Other than that no complaints.

I love this washer, there are so many different options to choose from. I had a dish rag that I could not get the nasty smell out of and I put it on sanitize and it came right out. It is quiet and I love the tone options for when the cycle is done.

i love this washer and one of the 11 cycles has steam options which is great. Get ready to say good bye to stains and also get ready to do less loads because of the large capacity. There is also a ten year manufacturer warranty on the motor because it is not belt driven like most front loaders. the only down side to this review is the bust buy delivery being late flooding my floor and scratching my newly painted walls.

I bought this washer due to JD Power awards and positive reviews online. I have had this washer for about 4 months and it is quite and was nice to use however it has now quit working. I have contacted their warranty department and was given a date of service 4 days after the initial phone call. Which was actually 7 days from the date it broke as the warranty department was not open on weekends. I then received a call from the technician who stated that they would be out two weeks later to take a look at the washer in order to make repairs or order necessary parts. I called Samsung back to ask about the original date that I had been given and they said that there was nothing they could do for me, I was at the mercy of their technician. I then tried to get additional assistance on line, they also stated that there was nothing they could do to speed up the repair. So I now have an expensive broken washer with great reviews and I am headed to the laundry mat for the next two weeks or maybe longer....

Great price. Super machine. Love it. Wish they had these washing machines years ago at today's prices. Low water and electrical use. Gets clothes so clean it's like Magic!

We love this washer! Works great, clothes are clean! We replaced a Maytag Bravos that we had purchased 2 1/2 years ago from another store that broke down and they didnt honor their warranty. Glad it broke down now..this washer leaves my clothes smelling very clean and without blotches. I leave the door open and let the inside air dry. Do recommend getting the pedestal though...we didnt at first and it is really a pain to unload the washer with it that low.

My wife had been begging for a new washer at our new house (we went from a front-loader to an older-style top-load). The price was right, the clothes are clean and actually come out a lot dryer due to the faster spin cycle, which shortens the amount of time in the dryer as well.

We bought the washer and dryer set to replace a old set we had for around 16 years. Even though they still worked we wanted the more modern front loaders. There was a lot of praise for the Samsung so we bought the pair. Here we are 4 years later and the washer is gone estimate for repair $800. Today the motor in the dryer seams to have froze up. Repairman that came to look at the washer advised not fixing it. He also told us that Samsung as well as LG typically last about 5 years and to stay away from them. I wished I had known this before I spent the $2400 on the set. This is the reason I am posting this review now after 4 years.

Does a good job. Mold tends to develop on front loaders.

It works as described. However, you should know that the time to complete a cycle is not the same every time. It can take significantly longer than your top-loading washer. The reason is that the machine will try over and over again to balance the load by adding more water as needed. As such, don't pay attention to the time as it will vary. Clothes are clean machine is quite. water use is low. works well.

Good looking washer my only complaint is the drum bangs around when beginning to spin then it sometimes smooths out..also not the quickest at balancing loads which increases wash time. My washer is perfectly leveled. I did the rinse and spin first like Samsung said however couldn't complete this process because the empty drum was banging around too much. I'm not sure if it arrived damaged but I can't believe a new washing machine was designed to operate this way. Still thinking about getting a whirlpool..and once again it's perfectly leveled. My washer doesn't walk across the floor it's just the drum banging inside. Argh!

Both the Best Buy and Samsung websites show this product to have a light in the washer drum. It does not. I specifically asked in the store again before purchasing but now that they are here it doesn't exist. I'm disappointed as that is a feature I very much wanted.

My wife and I loved the features and color of the washer, and was told by the salesman that it was a good, dependable washer. Two days after installation, it started giving error codes and leaking water all over my wood floors. Technician came out and determined the unit was bad, and they had to send me another one. Now its six months later, and our washer is having issues again. Technician looked at it and the shocks are bad as well as the concrete balancer is cracked. Love the features of the washer, just wish it would last longer.
