||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When we moved into our new house the washer quit working. So we wanted the same color that matched the dryer. Every placed we checked would have to order it for us. Best Buy had the model we wanted in stock for less money than everyone else. We had it delivered the next day. The men that delivered it were friendly and prompt. Very happy.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to free up space in my utility room and needed a new washer and dryer. We picked this set because we could stack it. The set looks wonderful and work great. My only complaint is the dryer controls are fairly high and it is hard to see. I am very happy with the pair.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The washer shook so hard during the spin cycle on my first wash that I thought it was going to explode. Given the excellent reviews that this washer received, I was probably unlucky and bought a defective washer. But best buy was awesome and I was able to exchange it for a top loader without any problems.

The WF42H5200AP is equipped with Vibration Reduction Technology which, when installed and functioning properly, is extremely effective in reducing noise and vibration during the spin cycle. For others who may read this and are having a similar experience, please be sure to review the installation instructions, remove shipping bolts and refer to the online troubleshooting guide for additional insight into what may be causing the vibration and how to resolve it.
