Easy to use - good washer with a nice steam wash option

Received this washer as a warranty exchange for my old one because it was comparable. Didn't have it 3 weeks and the door is leaking

So far this washing machine has met all my needs. It's normal wash cycle is about an hour, but it does have a quick wash cycle that is about 26 mins. It effectively spins the clothes which reduces the time needed in the dryer. The machine itself is great, just wish I would have gotten a top loader, due to the configuration of my laundry room space.

I have had this washer for about a month. I have not had any issues. I was a little hesitant to buy because of the negative reviews but decided to do it anyways. It is prob a tad bit louder than my old washer and seems to use more water than my old LG energy efficient washer. I will have to wait and see if the water bill comes out to be the same.

We love it the only con is you can't adjust how much water you would like in it. However its made to use very little water purposely and the laundry detergent cost is extremely low.. The installer told us to use no more than 2 tablespoons. Very quiet washer and when its done it plays a little chime song to let you know...

Wanted to wait a year for my review. This is a great washer. My only negative is that it does take longer than any previous washer I've owned to clean the same amount of clothes. But the added time is worth it. It uses less water and it's all clean the first time. There is a trap to clean every other month, do that to keep it efficiently cleaning.

I am so in love with my new washer and dryer set. A lot of the reviews stated the buttons were too sensitive - I don't have that issue at all. I have an air vent above my set and it NEVER has issues with stopping. The size is amazing too... I can wash my Cal King comforter and mattress pad with ease now!

Been using the washer for a couple of months now, it works as expected. There was some vibration at first but after some calibration of the feet it became much better. I like the drain port and self-clean mode (although it takes about 4 hours to run through the self-clean program) but only time will tell if they can prevent the moldy washer smell.

It was friendly to use, and I liked the features very much.

The product is a good brand name and tried many products from samsung and our experiance with there products is very good in addition to the manufacturer waranty and best buy promice of exelent services gave us confidence to buy the producr.

No complaints about the quality of the wash itself. I'm giving it four stars primarily because the control buttons are a little bit confusing. Had to reference the manual a couple times to figure out what was going on (I couldn't change any of the wash settings). Otherwise, the washing machine is great. Clothes have come out really clean and fresh.

Bought this as a gift for my son when he bought his home. Has enough settings and some for everyday use. Does the job well. Combined with matching steam dryer the clothes come out not needing any ironing. He is happy with the pair.
