Easy to use easy to maintain great product easy to setup

Great appliance, very happy with purchase. We had been using the same detergent with the last washer but this leaves the clothes smelling fresher due to the release time- and we use less. Highly recommended.

When I decided to purchase a front load set, I knew it had to be Samsung. This washer is the perfect size and has cut my laundry time significantly since I can do more at one time. The color is amazing and makes it look sleek. The only complaint I have is the wash times. They are REALLY LONG!!!!!

Free installation, arrived on time. All wash cycles have worked well. Very affordable for the quality washer. During the installation, don't let them try to sell you on the up-graded hoses. They'll tell you that the ones that come with them aren't as good. This doesn't come from Best Buy though.

Great product very efficient bought pair love them

This is my first front load stacking unit. I had reservations - but WOW! It's quiet. Uses little water and really does get clothes clean. The quick wash option is just that-quick and efficient! An excellent choice! Would do it all again!!

first time front load washer buyer, so far I like it

Really just under a 5 star so far. The installer warned me about wiping down the door after each use. I thought those issues had been resolved. I keep a towel close by that goes into the dryer with the rest of the clothes. A nuisance but better than having any mold issues. So far no smell.

I bought this thinking it would be amazing considering its samsung. We had our old set for years and worked perfectly. (much better than this) I just wanted to upgrade to make my mom happy and instead our whole family hates it. The samsung washer/dryer is made of plastic, takes too long to wash anything, same goes for the dryer. It feels cheap...

I got this washing machine to replace the top loading Samsung machine that was recalled. The Samsung washer did not have an agitator which caused clothing to wrinkle. This machine has an agitator and I have been quite happy with it so far. It is a basic machine and works just fine.

It is beautiful but delivery guy did not check the spin cycle to ensure the machine was level, so when I did a wash it shook and knocked up against my granite counter and scratched the side of the washer
