We love this washer. The times are long, but that doesn't change our feeling on loving the washer. It's great for our regular clothes, and we cloth diaper our infant son and it's great for washing them as long as we get the right amount of laundry in there so that it doesn't get a suds error.

It only takes like under 15 dollars of electricity a year to run this according to the label. It gets the clothes very clean and the optional sanitize and steam got the dirtiest clothes quite clean. The best buy delivery was top notch. not one complaint yet as it runs very nice.

So for its working great! Easy to use and understand!

It is very energy efficient. It vibrate a little too strong.

Height measurements were slightly inaccurate. Based on fact sheet we removed upper cabinets in laundry room only to discover that upon delivery the appliances would have fit into the space. Love the appliances. Not happy with inability to switch door opening of dryer due to space constraints. Somewhat inconvenient.

This washer had a glitch with one of the cycles the first week...the door wouldn't open to let me add a garment. I had to turn the machine completely off and start it again in a different cycle. That hasn't happened again, but it wasn't a great beginning.

The tub on this is huge. Two loads from a standard machine fits nicely as one load in this machine. I can knock out loads of laundry much quicker now, and the cleaning is excellent! The musical beep at the end of the cycle is a nice touch, too. I highly recommend this product.

It's a washer but not the one I wanted it was an replacement but couldn't get the washer I had cuz they stopped making that model so the one I have now doesn't have all the wash cycles as the old one the regular wash takes longer I would've loved to get the same washer I had but the warranty is great to have

I bought these units for my parents. I wanted them to be easy to use and reliable. They have a better waranty in the LG model that I currently use. The sale price was great and the delivery guys were very pleasant to deal with. My parents love them and have no complaints.

So far a good washer. No problems with it yet.....

Uses less water for sure. Mulptile wash and timed options. Quieter than top loads. Wish it had a feature to be able to use more water if you want to. Stainless look is amazing. Easy to use tray system for dispensing

We upgraded from a very cheap top load washer and we couldn't be happier with this washer. The clothes come out very clean and it appears to use a lot less water than our old unit. The only thing I dislike is that the finish will scratch easily but that is the user's fault.

This washer has a very nice style and many impressive functions. I ran into a few problems a few times when I set the washer on heavy duty function and it was still running continuously so I had to shut it off and reset. Sometimes the gel pack didn't dissolve all the way so I had to rewash the clothes.

So far this has been a great washing machine. It has many features. I love the auto load size reading and the detergent dispenser.

it would have been nice if the sales person had warned us about the bolts holding washing drum in place....this was a huge frustration when trying to level the washer and not knowing about packing bolts

This is my first front loader. I am very delighted with it's performance so for. I have only used it for a month but with all the features, and steam capabilities, along with Best Buy's pricing, made this an excellent purchase.

Technicians were excellent and equipment works amazing.

This is my 1st ever front loading machine. I got this to replace a top loading Samsung that had been recalled. This was 200$ cheaper than my previous washer and the clothes got 2x as clean as when they had been previously washed in the old machine. Works great!

Such a great product and I love the modern look. All the different cycles are great and the manual explains them so well. The jingles are adorable and make me love my purchase that much more. So Awesome!
