I've purchased Samsung washer in the past and did pretty good for about 6 years. This washer seems like it will last me for a long time, the build quality is nice. I got it on sale for half off of MSRP so at the price it's awesome. 1 star off for sound seems louder than my older Samsung washer.

The main reason I purchased this item was the detail they put into removing pet hair. My previous washer worked fine, but there was a total difference on my clothes using this one instead. love the design, settings, and works wonderfully. Not noisy.

Beautiful color and Runs so so quiet. It has nice ring tones as alerts on the machine. The steam feature that connects with dryer is awesome. I assure you you will be ultimately impressed with this unit along with its steam dryer partner.

I love this machine despite the reviews I read previous to purchase. I do, however appreciate the balance of reviews to make an informed decision, however with my experience with this machine I don't have any negative reviews to reflect.

Good overall washer. My biggest recommendation would be to drain the filter at the bottom of machine more than once every two months as recommended. My washer was leaking at the bottom after using for only a month, but I figured out that was the problem and not a defective machine.

I just bought this washer as replacement for a recalled Samsung Top Loading washer. This is my first front loading washer WITHOUT an agitator. Since it has been not even a month since purchase, it is too early to rate it.

Washing machine clean wash fast and great new technology

Had a concern at first with the noise and smell of the basin- after the first wash it was very loud and smelled damp already as you read with most front loaders. If you keep a cloth in it to prop the door open until it dries out after use and wipe it clean it seems to help.

This thing takes way to long to wash a load ....has to be balanced and leveled perfectly to initiate a spin cycle - and if you don't have a full load it may not spin at all!! Torture - pure torture. At least it has exploaded.

You won’t regret buying this washer. Super great price for a front loader that’s super big, has many wash settings and great color. Everything about this washer is great. I’ve had mine for almost a year and I’ve had no problems.

I've had my old set for over twenty years. What a difference between the old set and the new. The new ones make doing laundry much easier and enjoyable. I Love the front loading style with the pedestals. No bending over to load and unload.... And the laundry comes out wrinkle free!

So glad I purchased this washer. It's controls are easy to use. I love the end of cycle musical signal. Be sure to get the pedestals.

I researched the reviews related with the weakness before buying this one. I thought that it will be good if I use to wash it without heavy amount of the clothes. Also the price through promotion was good for me at the time. Still, Great working!

Even after reading the other reviews I was still blown away by how quite this washer really is. You hear nothing even with the laundry room door open!

This washer is nice but it can get noisy during the spin cycle.

This washer is amazing. The steam programs especially on the dryer, make a day and night difference. the clothes are super soft, not hard like they used to be

I'm very pleased with my new clothes washer. It's extremely quiet and uses very little water to wash the clothes which come out clean. They get spun "dry" to the point that I believe I'm saving money with the shorter time in the dryer.

We bought this washer to replace our old Samsung front loader. This washer is great! A variety of settings, very low learning curve and the steam setting has given us a new appreciation for removing stains in a simple way.

I replaced a 6 year old Samsung washer with this one (the old one stopped draining and I figured it was much less hassle to replace then fix. The new washer is great! Much quicker washing times and cleaner clothes. I love the steam feature!

Bought a matching set of Samsung 5200 series washer/dryer for our new home since the previous owner took theirs with them. Fit and finish is fantastic, and we enjoy the little jingle at the end of a cycle. Highly recommended!
