I bought 2 washers and 2 dryers from Samsung and they stop working after 2 years, I called Samsung several times and they would not do anything about the issues that their product had( that happens very often, because I went online to read) the people from customer service were very rude and unprofessional every time I called. Their customer service sucks!!. Never came to my home, and wanted to charge over$200 to come take a look at it, because according to them the product only has warranty for a year after it’s purchased, even though my machines have a 10 year warranty sign on the front side!! DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM SAMSUNG!!!

Washer has worked perfectly during the month we've had it. The normal load cycle is a little longer than washers we've used in the past, but the clothes come out clean. There was a slight odor for the first few loads, likely do to manufacturing, but that is now gone.

This machine is real value for money. The wash is very clean when it comes out. I thought my old washer got the whites clean but I could not believe the difference after using this machine the first time. I am very satisfied.

We researched far and wide for the best washer/dryer combo, and this pair is what we came up with. It is truly awesome, especially if you've just bought your first home. And in SoCal, you get rebates for saving water with the washer.

We've had it for over two months now and it still works great! We got the white one, which looks nice and clean. The washer is big enough that I can fit my weekly clothes in one batch. Washing is very quick as well.

Hmm, technology is wonderful, but not when you need a tech guy to tell you how to run an appliance. We ordered on-line and should have gone in-store to preview the unit before purchase so knew how it worked before it got delivered and we had to try to figure it out.

Bought this washing machine because our previous washer broke. so far we are very pleased. washed our towels with the sanitize mode and now our towels no longer have that humidity smell to them. brought them back as good as new

This is my first front loader stackable, I love the space the stackable provides. It's pretty and quiet. I had to get use to it, as it is different from my old washer. I love all the features and it washes clothes great.

We’ve had this washer and dryer set for a year now and both are n the washer & removes wrinkles in the dryer). The Best Buy staff was great getting everything ordered, delivered, setup and our old set hauled away.

We bought the set in the charcoal grey color. They are attractive, seem to clean well and dry well. We have the machines stacked and since the control panel is tilted, it is difficult to see the top control knob.

I got the set on sale for 799$ each and for the money I am very happy. It lacking a few features but I have read complaints about it being noisy but I have them next to my bedroom and with doors closed can't hear a thing.

This washer and dryer set was a gift for my mom. She told me she loves them and it makes her excited about laundry. Everything we could of asked for and the I’m store help we got was phenomenal.

My tenants love this washer! I bought this washer to replace a stack unit in which the washer had quit working but the dryer still functioned. It took them a little time to adjust to the electronic gadgets but now that they understand it they love it!

Does a great job washing my clothes. However, it does have a tendency to get moldy inside the washing machine every so often and make my clothes smell moldy. I need to be better about leaving the door open right after the washing cycle is finished.

This Samsung washer is excellent. Plenty of room. Very little and efficient use of water. Has steam option which is a big plus. No need to purchase pricier models. This one is complete and does everything you need.

It is very loud during the spin cycles. I can hear it clearly even with the laundry room door closed. The entire machine shakes and rumbles.

It's working fine but taking too long (60 to 80 min) to complete some cycles. Sometimes at 9 min to cycle completion, it makes a strange noise for about 20 min.

this is an excellent, my wife and I have enjoyed since it's less washing that we need to do and uses less water. much quieter than the one we had and we can be washing up late without bothering the kids with the noise.

We got this because our old maytag appliances bit the dust. We got these on sale and they are great. We also got the stands for the added storage space. We love all of the options for clothes and such. They are really good.

So far I’ve had this dryer for about 2 months now. I works without issues and has all the settings that I need for my laundry. Cloth come out dry and if removed promptly, the wrinkles are at a minimum.
