I guess they don't make them like they used to. My last Samsung washer lasted 7 years and needed a $450 repair. So I picked this one up for $599. Only problem is I now have a grey washer and teal colored dryer. Oh well.

I was hesitant to pay so much for a washing machine, but the cost is worth it. There are as many options as you could want. Clothes are clean when the cycle is done. And on top of it, the machine is pretty quiet.

My only tip is leave the door open all the way even though it says to just not close it all the way to avoid mildew. I love that I can preset my usual wash cycle so I turn it on hit one button and done.

Really like the preset cycles and the sanitize cycle. Very impressed with Best Buy giving me money back when it went on sale shortly after I bought it on the day it went on sale.

I got this machine to replace the Samsung recalled Washer. I am happy with it so far. The recalled machine was a Top-loader with no agitator. I much prefer the front loaders because the top loader with no agitator wrinkled clothes terribly.

I moved and needed and electric dryer instead of gas and my last set was only 2 years old. I didn't really like the last washer I had and it was much more expensive. This one is quiet, and does a great job.

Was a workhorse for 4 years than it just bit the dust. I am still trying to diagnose the problem to see if it can be fixed without having to buy a new unit.

this is our second samsung washer. The first one still works, but had to leave it at our old house, otherwise we were planning on just using our first one. Reliable product. Haven't had any issues wit hit.

I debated on spending a little more for the next higher model but decided against it. All in all I have been pleased with this washer. It has every option I need and a has a large enough capacity to keep up with me and my boys.

We shopped around for a washer that would pair up with our Samsung dryer. We bought the dryer last year from Best Buy. They are both user friendly and wash and dry amazingly fast using the least amount of water.

This machine is awesome! Our clothes seem to be coming out much cleaner than with our old machine and I have yet to have to rewash anything. I have not noticed a sour smell like some front-loaders tend to have.

Spent nearly half the cost of new unit attempting to repair old front end washer. Still was having problems, decided to get new and 5 year extended warranty. Like the Samsung line, like my front end model.

This washing machine does an admirable job at washing clothes on all cycles. What doesn't thrill me is the noise level of the machine, particularly during the spin cycle and the "chime" when the load is complete is a little too cutesy for me

I like the washer and it does a great job with the clothes. I just don't see the water savings that it says you would but the clothes definitely smell better, longer theneed my previous washer so I think that's a good sign of cleanliness :)

A good high efficiency steam front loading washer.

A great Washer if you can get it for under 800. Was a replacement for my 20+ year old Whirlpool washer. Washes clothes with MUCH less water and looks much cooler doing it.

I spent a lot of time doing research and wanted a quality machine without spending too much money! Needless to say, we are happy with our purchase so far — it’s night and day from our old washer.

Other than an issue with excessive movement with the machine in spin cycle, which was fixed by Best Buy installer, machine is doing its job. Will re-review if any issues develop.

We bought this washer to replace a Maytag top loader that was less than 2 years old, which we HATED! We are so happy with this Samsung washer. Our clothes are actually clean when they come out!

Just upgraded and older unit and extremely impressed by the engineering and quality of this washer. It really is the best in class for mid-range front loaders.
