I don't usually buy big ticket items brand new, but it was a desperation call. The price still felt a little high even on sale, but this (coupled with the dryer) work out just fine. I recommend stacking these. They're quiet and efficient.

We bought this to replace an LG front-loader that the bearings had gone out on. So far we are really happy with this purchase and hopeful that the steam option will prove beneficial!

I haven't had any issues with the washer not cleaning something. Seems to do its job well. Fortunately I have enough space that I can keep the door open when not in use so it doesn't create a smell from stagnant water.

After a full cycle wash, some items have "dry spots. I have to rewash a lot so I'm really not saving water. This usually happens when washing smaller loads.

This washer is simple and efficient. I wash clothes every day and so I need it to be easy. The door sometimes has to be shut a little harder than you would think in order for it to latch, but that's the only issue. Great to look at too!

Love the quick wash! Cycles are true to the time it says. My old washer would state 45 minutes in cycle and actually take 60 minutes. Love the steam cycles which cleans snd whitenes

I decided to not purchase the pedestal base. After the first use I regretted this decision but now I doubt the extra height will satisfy me. Why you may ask? Well the drum is tilted down in the back and small items like socks get stuck in the rear. I am big with short arms and it is difficult to reach in to retrieve these items even if the washer was elevated. I do not know why someone cannot make a European style washer. I have used models that rotate the clothes like the front loader but are top loading. The internal drum has a trap door so you get the effiency of the front loader with the easier to use top loader feature.

Achieve the purest clean. This Samsung washer steams the dirt, bacteria and allergens right out of clothing, linens and more. It also sanitizes itself automatically. She loves it.

Would have given five stars but you have to dry the seal after every load or it will mildew. Other than that it is a great washer.

Great Laundry machine from Samsung. I will say that Front load are the best machines.....

i have had a LG washer for the past 6 years before switching to this Samsung one. i must say washing cycle times are close to accurante. everything is great. i'm not so sure about the steam feature of the machine.

This washer is really great with many features. My wash comes out really clean in a short period of time. I like the idea of using less water. Happy that I purchased this machine.

Bestbuy had this on sell just after Thanksgiving and so I picked it up for a good price. The controls and layout looked up to date and it has a tub clean feature is a must for a front load which this has. So why did I return it? 1. the start up of the spin cycle would vibrate for about 10-15 seconds before smoothing out which was load and annoying. Although this maybe normal I was willing to look past it and keep it, however then I started to notice. this strange sound when it would turn over at normal wash speeds. it was not making this sound during the first few washes.

This washer is great. It takes care of the smallest and largest loads. There are a lot of cycles but of the ones I have used they work really well and it seems to be water efficient.

Recent info on front loaders with mold we were Leary of staying with a front loading machine. The self heating element & other great reviews were spot on. We are happy & will reccomend!

I wish it would close a little more securely. Everytime I close it I'm concerned if it is actually closed or not so my only suggestion would be find a way to make it snap or lock so you know it's actually closed.

love the silver color on the samsung. works great so far. the timer works very efficiently. the last one had a minimum of 20 min. this new one, you can drop the time to 10 min or less.

It is a very solid washer. 4 stars only because of the delivery and setup. Where after the initial setup the washer started to shake a lot and we had to call the technician again the same day 30mins after he left.

Very pleased with the washer. It is slightly louder then expected. Also, when doing multiple loads back to back, the soap dispenser fills up with water. Those two things are really the only issues I have found.

Our first machine walked and our second machine vibrates enough to make the whole room shake and makes weird noises. Not what we expected. However Best Buy will make it right by allowing us to exchange for different model.
