In use so far for 2 months, no problems so far. I always leave the door and detergent dispenser to air dry. Washes faster and with less noise than the top loader it replaced.

It has been great so far, I wash every day since there are 6 people in our household, and works great for sports uniforms, work clothes and to just get everyday wrinkles out

A little musical with its finished mode. A lot of modes trying to figure out but basic functions seems to work fine. Wondering if this runs a little loud at times or if that's standard for most of these

So far everything is fine, delivery and installation staff is great, washing machine running smoothly, no noise, the price is reasonable, hope can be used for a long time.

We never got to use this item. We bought at the Union, NJ store and we were told that you could order the door to hinge on the opposite side as shown in store. Not the case. So we either had to rig the hoses to make the washer and dryer be on opposite sides of each other(which was not feasible. Hence the reason we wanted to order the hinge on the other side) OR we had to return and live without a washer and dryer for several weeks because of this associates incompetence. We chose the latter. Lesson learned. Do all of my own research in the future and don't trust the people that deal with these products every day...

I like everything about this washer but if I could do it over again, I would purchase a large washer. It's great for every day loads but when you're trying to wash large blankets, it's a tight squeeze.

I am so glad I purchased this washer because now I can wash my blankets and not have to go to the laundromat the size of the drums are great and I can wash more with Less loads

This product is good for apartments size wise however I wish that I could position the washer and dryer side by side so I could use the steam feature in my dryer. So far everything is working well.

My whirlpools washer machine broke down after 10 years, So had to buy a new machine. I think this samsung washer machine is better than a whirlpool. Really recommend it

Washer and dryer both work great. Dryer needs to be on timed dry to completely dry thick blankets. We use it in a vet hospital so it is always running laundry during the day and seems to be doing well.

It is very easy to use and self explanatory. You can save the settings for future wash and it is very quick and smells cloth good.

I received a great price on them and did not hesitate to get them. So far so good compared to the Kenmore ones that we had. The dryer appears to work forever but o think it's due to wrinkle free option

The Lawn mower works well. It is easy to pick it up when needs. It is not clear how the handle (angle) should be adjusted. The structure could be a little stronger. But overall, I am happy with the product.

This is a great washer! It gets my clothes so clean. However, some of the cycles are really long. The sanitize cycle takes over 2 hours. Despite this, I still love the machine.

This is our first washer and after reviewing lots of reviews we decided to buy this along woth the dryer. The washer works great so far. Shakes little bit for high speed spinning but no issues so far.

This washing machine is by far the best machine I have purchased. I cannot say enough about the great job this washer does cleaning the clothes, but is also very easy to use.
