When it's on sale this set can't be beat. Looks like a million bucks in the silver color. My wife likes it, and we used these in our flip houses, and people LOVE them.

Appliance was delivered with some scratches on the side. Installation was straightforward with all hoses, brackets, adapters and cord supplied. Everything worked as expected.

We bought this washer for our new house and love how efficient it is and how great it looks in our house!

My new washer has cut my washing time in half. I absolutely love it! The clothes don't come out so wrinkled like with my old top load. Will never go back to a top load.

bought both washer and dryer.very quiet and easy to use.the front load washer especially.Still have not used all the features.

Good unit, buttons a little unresponsive. But if you have any banging and its new, it's not balanced. Make sure your delivery folks balance it.

Our old topload was outdated. I cloth diaper my daughter and needed something I could trust to get the diapers clean every time! So far we love this machine!

Easy to use and fill. I like not having to make sure the load is balanced. Biggest draw back is the low water level, would like it to use more water. Some loads I have to wash twice to get clean.

I had purchased a Samsung fridge and was very pleased with my purchase, so I decided to get a Samsung washer and dryer. Prior to that, I just had a basic GE top loading washer that lasted me over 10 yrs without issues. Samsung washer worked awesome until 9 months from purchase. The spin cycle kept going from 7 mins back to 10 mins and it would take over 3 hours for the cycle to finish. And when it did finish, the clothes were still damp and the drum smelled musty. Thank goodness we were still within warranty! Spent needless hours on the phone with incompetent people at Samsung customer service. They have no experience in repair service, but must go through a list of basic troubleshooting things with you before they can send out a service tech. 2 wks later, we finally get a service tech out. He replaces the sensor. The washer continues to have issues with the spin cycle. Service tech comes back out and repairs a few other things involving the wiring. Washer then starts spinning very hard and then we are back to the same issue with the spin cycle. We have leveled the machine to the tea and still having issues. Repair man will be back tomorrow, but it has been quite the headache. Not sure if all front loading washers have these issues, but makes me wish I would had purchased a cheap top loading washer instead.

I really wanted the top loader but decided the front would be ok and I'm glad I did. I had no issue with learning how to work the washer and it leaves the laundry clean.

We were shopping for an LG front-loading washer/dryer pair, but found the Samsung to be a better value at the time, and we are very pleased so far with the performance.

Washer cleans our clothes very well, also like how they don't need to be dried very long. It spins alot of the water out of the clothes which means less drying time.

This brand new unit has water on the floor in front of the washing machine after use. I'm not sure which mode it does it in, but it is disappointing for a new unit to leak water...

Easy to use. We just got it so we do not know how it will be in the long run. So far it has been good. No problems. Seems to be cleaning our clothes just fine.

Efficient, but noisier than I thought it would be. Might have purchased without the pedestals if I had known it was going to be as loud as it is.

I have had this for a few months now. I love it! I love it so much! I have not one complaint about it at all, and that's unusual since I love to complain.

Works like a charm and is larger than what I had. The Cycle alarm is a little soft but does get your attention if you can hear it.

Worked with the sales man and he really got us the best machine for our buck. I wear dress clothing for week and with the steam dry feature I was excited about that.

It was a blessing indisguise when my washer broke. This new one will pay for itself in about two years. my water bill went down about thirty dollars.

The washer is great but I'm having a issue where my laundry room is lacking optimal space for a front loading washer. I recommend top loading washer for apartments with small laundry room
