This machine has amazing functionality and fits my needs perfectly. Samsung is really on top of the market with so many products.

I've had this washing machine for two months. I was leery of buying another front loader due to the mold build up on my previous Kenmore Washer), but after reading tons of reviews and checking Consumer Reports I decided this was the way to go. Pros: -They've redesigned the tub so it drains the water out. I have no sitting water in the rubber gasket to wipe out. This means no mildew! -sleek looking design. Easy to use and figure out. -Huge capacity! I can do twice as many loads as my old machine. -Child lock to prevent kids from messing with the dials -Spins the clothes out really well. Even though I have a smaller dryer, I'm still able to dry my clothes faster because they are so well spun. -Cleans very well. Clothes don't have residue. -Gentle on my delicate items. -loads stay balanced. No more having to open the door and rearrange items mid cycle. -quick wash cleans well if I'm in a hurry. Cons: -Wash times are ridiculously long. The sanitize cycle is 2.5 hours! -I haven't noticed a huge improvement in stain removal (even with steam) over my old machine. -the machine is quieter overall, but the spin cycle can get very loud. My machine is balanced, but it still vibrates. I have a second floor laundry room, though, and have heard this is a common problem. -This model doesn't come with a sport cycle I have been very happy with this washer. I would recommend.

I've had my Samsung platinum set for 10 years. My daughter moved out and took it with her so I upgraded to a brand new set!

I love my washer it works great and the fact that is stackable gave my laundry room a whole new look and a lot of room.

Washed my first load. It does leave water in the tub, make sure you use leave the door open to dry it out. I wish they had an option to dry it out.

A wonderful machine that washes clothes, or whatever you put in there..dishes, well not some much...even on the gentle cycle. So far so good. The alternatives suck.

not the best washer but does the job..washer could be load and shakes the house when in sping cycle but otherwise it works like its expose to

We have had two units delivered. Both have arrived damaged. We are waiting on the delivery of a third unit.

Unit works well. Sometimes some water is built up where the detergent goes but not a big problem. Besides that, it's great.

Washer works great and is very quiet, have not used the steam yet. Clothes come out very clean and wash only takes 50 minutes.
