Great for small and large loads. Very easy to use.

This washer holds considerably more than my old one & does a great job of cleaning. It is quiet & the musical notes to indicate a completed cycle are a vast improvement over the obnoxious buzzers washer used to have!

Very quiet, and the different cycles are great, very good system

This washer has exceeded my every expectation. First, it washes great, spins cloths virtually dry, and can handle heavy queen and king quilts! It can be a little noisy sometimes when in use. Definitely would buy again and recommend to people.

I have had the washer for 5 months now. It is fairly quiet. It shakes sometimes if you put it on high spinning. Mine is on the 3rd level of the house and I can hear it on the 1st floor. Cloths come out clean and they don't smell if you forget and leave them inside for a day or 2 like my old washer used to smell.

We had s long week to get the Geek Squad to understand the issue with the washer and dryer. The steam feature of the dryer caused a leek and the washer door wouldn't open, even after I went thru the sequence in the users manual. Finally after talking to a person Tye at the store he helped to resolve the issue and both washer and dryer is to be replaced. I received the washer today but am waiting for the dryer and the right hook up of the dryer

very large, run quiet, beautiful, save water and energy

This is my 2nd set of Samsung Washer/Dryer combo. Our last set made it 8 years with a family of 6 doing at least 10 loads a week, that's a pretty good return of my investment. I was able to replace the heater core and drum wheels during those 8 years so it wasn't flawless but we did use the heck out of them. This new set has more belts and whistles plus my favorite feature...Steam! Love that I can just throw my shirts/pants in the dryer every morning and have perfectly wrinkle free clothes in about 15 mins. That' s a win in my book. I am hopeful this set will last us another 8+ years.

This washer does a great job. It finishes most cycles reasonably quickly and gets our clothes clean. We did need a service call because it made a terrible squeaking noise at slow spin speeds. The technician repaired it and it is fine now.

Would like to be able to give Excellent reviews but the first washer that was delivered to my house on October 5th 2015 had to be replaced by Best Buy in two weeks since the balancing ring broke. Had positive experience with Best Buy during the exchange/replacement process - they ordered a new washer on Oct 24th and it was delivered to my house on October 26th. Also when you wash bed sheets only (no towels for example) the spin can get off cycle and you can end up with the water in the washer at the end of washing cycle and the door would be locked, then you have to do another cycle of Spin only for the water to drain properly.

Wow the Samsung - 4.2 Cu. Ft. 9-cycle High-efficiency Steam Front-loading Washer, is great, easy and simple to use, Washes etc fantastic. It runs quiet, it is efficient and most certainly easy to use.

Bought the washer/dryer set. The washer looks great! When I did the first load I was very skeptical. It uses almost no water. I thought the clothes would never be clean. I was so wrong. The clothes were really clean! I don't understand how it does it, but it is saving me a lot of water! Also, the spin cycle is so powerful that the clothes are just damp when the load is finished. This make drying very fast, saving me more! The best part about this machine is that it is very, very quiet. I can barely hear it running! We highly recommend this machine.
