Disappointed

We had no idea it would take an hour and a half to wash a load of clothes. Unfortunately after that time, the clothes are not that clean. Stained items have to be retreated and washed again and sometimes even again which was not the case with our previous washing machine which only took forty minutes. The machine stays wet, water pools in the dispenser unit and drips from the door even after being wiped down. The door is so large and low that a laundry basket won't fit in front of it which requires us to set the basket down, open the door, slide the basket to the door to empty and then pull the basket back to close the door and start the load. Apologies, no more needs to be said except the delightful end of cycle signal is the only redeeming quality this machine has. We are incredibly disappointed and regret this purchase which we will have to deal with for years. UGH
