After having been stuck using a top loader for the last 4 years, now owing a front loader again is a true pleasure. This machine does an outstanding job cleaning our clothes and other items. A great buy any day!

I love my new washer. My other one was only 4 years old but had issues from the start - leaking water from the front loader door, dirty rubber around the inside where door sits - could never get it clean & when wipped with paper towel came out black. Delicate cycle is great! Price was awesome!!

This washer is a big upgrade to what must be a 10 yr old entry level washer we had. The different cycles are great depending on what we need cleaned and the appearance compared to your typical top loading washers can't compare. Also great that the BBY associate was helpful in looking up rebates ,

Samsung washer & dryer at Best Buy was best deal. I found the pair as open box at the Best Buy in Frisco. But they were brand new just out of the box. The delivery and setup done by the Geek squad was professional. The price for these excellent product was unmatched in the market around July 4. Very happy with the purchase.

Have used approx. 25 times since installed. No problems; no surprises. Have not used steam feature yet. Handles unstable spins well (does not require my intervention) but can be noisy when off-balance (no surprise). Would recommend front loader (my model) over top loader (previous experience).

I bought this machine as my 7 yr old Samsung needed more repairs than the cost of this new one, and I wanted to reuse my old pedestal. I've had it for about two months and it works great. It seems quieter and smoother than the original. And I have not yet tired of the friendly, happy chime at the end of the cycle!

Never really paid much attention to condition of clothes from laundry mat until the purchase of this washer. Super clean clothes ! Very quiet cycles and clothes almost dry after spin cycle.

Our last Samsung washer only lasted around 5 years, which is way too short in my opinion, especially for a low usage situation. The bracket that holds the drum broke (a known problem). This machine is very similar, but we needed one that would fit on our existing pedestal. That rather limited what we could purchase. The machine does not have a separate setting for adjusting the temperature of the wash and rinse cycles. It also does not have any adjustment for sound of the 'wash done' signal. It's either loud or off (and it is a long, long signal). Clothes seem to clean ok but the spin cycle still leaves the clothes a little wetter then our old one. Not a big deal really, but I'm sure it adds slightly to the drying time. The color and style is also somewhat different then the model of 5 years ago. Now the dryer and washer do not quite match, but it's not like they are in the living room and get visitors looking at them. Hopefully this one lasts longer then the previous one, or I might rethink the brand as our dryer also has needed several repairs in the 5 year period. Also just as a side note, Best Buy sales told us this washer would fit our 5 year old pedestal, when the delivery guys arrived they said it would not and weren't even going to try (it for sure does). On delivery status I received a phone call saying delivery was around noon then I received a text saying around 5pm. So I called and was told for sure it would be around 5pm. Next morning I got a text saying they would be there around 5pm. Doorbell rings at noon and there they were. I feel sorry for people who actually schedule their day around a delivery time. They told me they have this issue all the time. Also they hooked up hot and cold to wrong outlets.

We were looking for a basic front loader washer to replace a 3 year old Frigidaire front loader that destroyed itself due to a manufacturer defect. Frigidaire was no help. Washer works well, has a bit of vibration that was exacerbated by the addition of the pedestal (came a week later). Installation was a bit tricky in the basement because of the pitch of basement floor. One adjusting leg is all the way up and the other is all the way down. May try and get a shim to help with this situation. We bought the extended warranty because of the problem with the Frigidaire. Overall pretty pleased with the unit so far. One thing, after you get it installed and leveled, make sure you or the installer runs the calibration mode. The details are in the owners manual, made a big difference for our washer.

I had never used a front load washer and was worried about knowing how. This one is wonderful! Easy to use washes great! Fits queen comforter-sheets and pillowcases all in one load!

I have this washer for a couple of weeks and have used it daily. it is very quite and has handled everything I have washed. Dog blankets, quilts, towels and everyday items. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer. Loved the price and Best Buy delivery was great.

The washer is doing an excellent job of cleaning my clothes. However, it has a very Japanese flavor to it in that it plays music when a cycle is complete. You can turn it off but that has the effect of muting the washer completely. I don't expect my washer to sound like a Nintendo. Otherwise the device is very functional.

Samsung washer is easy to use. Make sure that your water lines are draining properly. If your draining lines to your washer don't have a good flow, this could create the water being backed up in to your washer. No problems yet!

easy installation with geek squad. looks nice and runs quiet.

bought this for my new house. the washer is great. very easy to use and set up. i put the washer on the bottom of my dryer. you can stacked them up if you want to save space. the cycle is good and doesnt take a long time to wash clothes.

Best washer i have ever had. Got this for my new house and i love it. Its so quiet i forget its on. No loud beeping when its done. Just a nice soft melody. Makes doing laundry enjoyable and fun
