Great washing machine but I would recommend a top loader. Front loaders don’t drain properly and are prone to mildew and odor

I can't describe how dissatisfied I am with this washer. We bought this washer in a rush, we just moved and were unpacking, I didn't had much time to read lots of reviews. Everything is wrong with this washer that's possible : it doesn't spin well on highest spin setting even after balancing it ,clothes comes out too wet and very wrinkled. Bleach stains clothes and still dispenses bleach during second load. Washer smells almost immediately after wash cycle is over. It shows all kinds of errors. I spoke with Best Buy and ask them to refund because unit is not working well , They refused because it was 3 weeks after we bought it ( Best Buy return policy is 14 days). They referred me to the Samsung to service the washer. Samsung told that there is nothing can't be done about smell for this model and they were very hesitant to set up service appointment to check bleach compartment and to service spin problem. I hope they can solve the problem , because its a new unit and should work well .This is my first and last Samsung appliance.

This washer died in weeks. Samsung's service on it was horrible. They came to fix it 6 times over a 5 week period and it is still not fixed.

Purchased this machine as an open box, was ok but but when was delivered bottom frame was broken , never got the chance to test it

Pretty good washing machine but not for a lot of use. Sensitive to liquid detergents and requires cleaning a lot to prevent odor.

This washer is terrible. It has broken down on us twice in the past year . We have not even had it 2 years yet. The washer vibrates terribly when the washer is spinning. It sounds like there's an earthquake. Now, it is making some other awful noises.

I got this back in May, first item was defective,leaking all over and made my basement flooded. Bestbuy came replaced the defective washer and made sure it is leveled correctly, but, after maybe 10 loads, this washer started to shake when spinning and it makes a squeaky noise. Customer service from Bestbuy is great but the product itself... is not.

It was relatively quiet the first couple weeks, but all of a sudden is very loud during spin cycle. Not sure if this is due to level being off or issue attaching to pedestal. Geek squad is coming out this week to take a look and may adjust my review based on how that goes.

Washer is good, but if you use bleach, please make sure the bleach has been completely rinsed off from the tray before you wash regular color cloths. I thought i was doing something wrong, but the bleach tray does not get emptied completely after it finishes the wash. It happened to me 3 times, sad part is it ruined my color polos.

Delivery was terrible the first time around. They dropped it and dented it and tried to have me take $25 cash to not say anything!

Had many issues and had to be repaired often! Wouldnt buy again!

Product was scratch and dent and was returned. It also had an odor in the drum which we are still trying to eradicate.

Washer is large, door leaked, washer smells..had to leave door open.

I really enjoy this item if someone is looking to buy a nice stainless steal finish I would consider this item

The washer is noisy we only turn it on when no one is around. We live in a condo The dryer is fine

I ordered this set 3 months ago ,because my dryer stopped working suddenly. We received them after 2 weeks and haul away our old set. I put all my kids clothes including their soccer jerseys in first load(cold cycle),when I came back after 3 hours I saw the washer was still running in very hot cycle.They installed the washer in wrong hoses( cold one to hot and hot one to cold) , so it wouldn't stop ( rinse and spin cycle was continued for hours in hot water). I opened it manually and saw all the jerseys got burnt( numbers and logos got melted) and all other clothes also got spoiled. I called the customer service more than 10 times in 2 days to fix this issue, I was always told I'll get call back in 2 hours from escalation center,but I never received one ( it was too tight for us to remove and fix them and I had tons of loads clothes to wash ).They answered back after a week and sent a guy to fix it 2 days later. The guy who fixed this next time said I will get a call about this issue , but I never recieved any call from them.

Only problem is is that the washer door was placed on the wrong side. Need it changed to mAtch dryer.

Clothes come out perfectly, easy to use and very powerful. I find that running the coldest and lowest spin cycles, even on bulky items, has them come out perfectly rinsed, drained and cleaned! Paired with a 5600 level steam dryer from Samsung - perfect set!

I purchased this unit out of box, floor model. It washes fine, but during spin cycle it makes a very loud banging noise the whole washer shakes violently. I've called Samsung CS, but nothing seems to help.
