Worst washing machine ever! I wouldn't take another Samsung appliances it was free. Getting anything repair through Samsung is a total nightmare. Spent six months going back-and-forth with them and still not resolved. They finally told me they would send my money back and I never received it in the mail and it's an ongoing thing

This washer should have been painted yellow. Lost count how many times it needed a repair.

THIS MACHINE WAS THE WORSE EVER. IT KEPT ADDING TIME TO THE RINSE CYCLE AND WOULD NEVER STOP RUNNING. AFTER 4-5 ATTEMPTS AND A LOT OF WASTED TIME HAVING THE GEEK SQUAD TRYING TO FIX IT, THEY FINALLY CALLED IT A LEMON AND RETURNED IT TO THE STORE FOR A CREDIT. WE OWNED IT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS. WASTED A LOT OF WATER & ELECTRICITY AND BEAT UP OUR CLOTHES TOO. WE REPLACED IT WITH AN LG TOP LOADER. HOPE WE HAVE BETTER LUCK!!

Had many issues with this machine. Thank goodness for the warranty and protection plan up until it got recalled.

The washer left the cloths moist extra damp and I had to do an extra rinse and spin which is not cost efficient

I do not care for the new type of washers. Do not get clothes clean, uses almost no water and runs for hour and half. Takes me all day to do my wash now before I was done in two hours. Then I have to be sure and dry off the inside and door or I might get a mold buildup. Have to drain and clean out a filter too. No I do not recommend this or any of the so called efficient washers.

I have owned and used this washing machine for less than 3 years. For the past year and a half, we have been getting error messages. For the past year, the machine has had issues with completing its cycle; we have to manually advance the cycle by pushing start several times per load.

First laundry load I washed machine made a loud rattling sound like loose screws. Called Samsung they were very nice and informed me that it sounded like deffective bearings. Had to return machine. Control panel on-off button in an awkward place .easy to hit by mistake. Love my Samsung cell phone can't say the same about the washer

The washer that we purchased from Best Buy is only 2 months old and we are already having problems with it. It has a loud knocking sound when it spins, and has started to leak. I went to Best Buy and all that they would do is recommend that we call Samsung. Very disappointed with Best Buy and will not purchase from them again.

Loved the wash results from this product, but was forced to return it as the machine vibrated so vilently on the spin cycle that it actually lifted one side off the floor.

We had this washer leak 3 times before having to have it replaced. It worked great when it wasn't leaking.

We had a Samsung front load washer previously that lasted one year and broke, that was our first front loader, so we replaced it with this one. This one lasted less than a week until something went wrong with the drum inside. We were given the option to have it repaired or replaced with a new one or something else, so we simply decided to go back to a top load washer again.

The seller said that this machine was under the Pepco Energy Rebate Program; however, the rebate was denied.

Washing machine shakes during the spin cycle. Avoid this if installing this on first floor.

I must of got a dud, because first use it was leaking water from the bottom so i returned it

First front loading washer and will NEVER buy another one. This unit is extremely noisy and takes forever to wash a load of clothes. If you use chlorine bleach it dumps the bleach right on the clothes before the water starts to turn on - even whites can't handle that! Trying to figure out a way to get rid of this thing.

I've had the washer for over a year now and wish I had made a different purchase. We have had to call three times because the washer keeps leaking. The customer care has been good, but having to call multiple times because water keeps leaking from the bottom of the washer onto your floor is frustrating.
