Previous owners of the home I bought left their old washer and dryer. They both had to be 15 - 20 years old. So it was time for an upgrade. I found this beauty at Best Buy when they were having their Labor Day sale on Washer and Dryers. I purchased the matching dryer (Platinum color looks great). This thing is quiet and you can barely hear it during the spin cycle. I can't wait to see the water bill because it barely uses any water and my clothes come out clean and smelling great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because 1) The 'Bedding' cycle selection doesn't light up when turning the cycle select knob. 2) Everytime a load is washing it sounds like it's leaking. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be making that sound. I've had the washer for 2 weeks and I haven't found any water on the floor so maybe it's just me. Lastly, I also purchased the matching pedestals. Samsung has to find a way to bring the price down on these things. Why not take away the drawer function, since they're on the small side, and just make a metal block that the washer and dryer sits on. Sell them for $150ish each and everybody would be happier.

nice looking machine but very very noisy it's too loud to do laundry at night feels like it's going to explode I don't think I have ever had any machine do this .

This washer would beat and bang when starting to spin. It would walk all over the place. This washer hit the wall so hard it left 3 holes in the wall. I tried it on and off the pedestal. I am steering clear of Samsung brand washers.

Washer takes forever to finish a cycle without complete cleaning. Makes squealing noise when it spins. Had to buy it cause I needed a stackable washer and dryer set but one i move to a bigger place this machine is first to go.

I spent $1,500 on a new washer and dryer. I wait 2 weeks for them to get installed by best buy. They finally show up and the doors are on the wrong side!! The washer door opens into the dryer door. I read the manual. The dryer can be switched but the washer cannot! complete fail.

It is less than 2 years old and working around 70% of capacity.

First day came defective drum is so loud banging i called customer service to return it and they were nice did not give me hard time but stay away from this machine !

When delivered, the washer was dented in half to the point it wouldn't run. After rescheduling 4 times, they told me the new one is still on its way from the manufacturer. It really sucks having $2000 tied up in a washer and dryer set that you still don't have a month later.

Purchased the set in July 2016. Washer started limping in August of 2017. The dryer started struggling in Dec 2017. Both are now dead in January 2018. You do the math. They have a 12 month warranty. I will never purchase another Samsung product.

Did not fit my space. I told the salesman I had a may tag proforma and gave him the measurements. He said he knew it would fit and knew the measurements. I think he just wanted to sell them. When they delivered them they did not fit as I thought.

I got the pair and they work great, I don't have to use so much detergent anymore. The clothes come out cleaner and could not have made a better choice thanks to the sales associate. They are very quiet, washer doesn't shake or make any noise on spin cycle if it can't rearrange clothes on its own to do a quiet spin cycle I just throw in 2 towels in there and it does the spin with no problems. If have soft water make sure you use tablespoon of liquid detergent and don't use fabric sheets on dryer you will ruin the sensors have done a lot of research.

I have own this washer for little over a year and I'm having issues. Drum inside started to shake and timer seem to be stuck on endless loop. I guess I need to buy a new washer and I won't ever purchase samsung again.

Nothing but problems. Spin cycle issue. Bought Feb. 2018. Broken Sept. 2019. Glad I bought the warranty, but I shouldn't have to. I guess they don't make them like they used to.

Easy to use, not too loud, many settings. Overall a great washing machine

This washer is horrible too load, moves a lot, and complicated to use. the instruction manual is like a dictionary

Vibrates a lot during washing cycle, try to leveled & adjusted any other way nothing works. Don't buy this product

machine started leaking water after first month of use. GeekSquad and Samsung service are horrible.

WHEN ITS WASHING THERES VERY LITTLE WATER. MAYBE LESS THAN A LITER I CAN'T SEE ANY WATER OTHER THAN IT COMES OUT ANT THE LAUNDRY GETS WET.
