Just Purchased this washer, yesterday was the first use ( on soccer uniforms). So far I really enjoy it; it was fast, clean, has many functions, its large enough for big loads and somewhat quite. I love that I can load my clothes and set my washer to start from my phone, for those times I forget to set the timer. Plus you can't beat the prince $499 is a really good deal. I will be buying the dryer in the future. My previous front load was a Kenmore King Capacity lasted about 10 years, pump went out beside that it was great. I hope this washer will live up to my Kenmore.

Before I make any major purchase, I always do a lot of research and read copious reviews on the product(s) in question. I decided to purchase this front-loading washer, its matching electric dryer, and 2 pedestals. When the appliances arrived, the drivers were extremely courteous and professional, and even gave me a crash-course in operating the two! I am amazed at how quietly and thoroughly my clothes are cleaned. There is no vibration and I actually now look forward to cleaning my clothes! If you're contemplating purchasing the Samsung front-loader and dryer, wait no more. You, like I, will be very pleased with its performance.

I did my research before making this purchase. It was one of the highest recommended machines. Washer operates quietly, efficiently, and spins them till they're quite dry. Sale price was phenomenal too!

We researched many models before we bought this one. It is a great washer! Some of the major things we looked at were the Price, efficiency, and durability. The Samsung just stood out above the rest. We have a Samsung fridge too and they just seem to quality products. When the washer finishes spinning, the clothes are barely wet. Unlike some washers we have had. We have 4 kids and do laundry a lot. It can definitely hold lots of laundry without issue.

I am very pleased with this washing machine. Good capacity and clothes seem clean. My only gripe is that the washing machine door doesn't open all the way back so it will be flat. I leave the washing machine open after use to dry out so it doesn't get stinky and this one will not open all the way so it is flush. May not be an issue for everyone, but I enter exit the house through the laundry room, so kind of irritating. One other irritating thing worth mentioning is that in order to get it installed, they make you buy a $25 hose. Even if you have a perfectly good one already. Grrr. And installers gave me a 4 hour window (not 2 like they told me in store) with a 10 minute notice they were coming. So plan on potentially wasting 4 hours waiting on them.

I had previously had a top load standard washer. Had heard others rave about how much they loved this washer so I did about a month of research. I've had this for roughly 10 months. I must say that I could not believe how much softer my clothes feel and the fresh smell was incredible. I wash a lot of things from bedding, curtains, dog blankets. I love the versatility of this washer. Sometimes I will even wash my clothes or towels on "quick wash" just because it does so well. Did I mention how quiet it is? Well I must! Going from my old whirlpool top load which sounded like a lawnmower running in my laundry room to this Cadillac of quietness! It took me a while to adjust. Kept going to check if I turned it on because I never could hear it, except on the spin cycle! I even removed the door off my laundry room. My advice is if you haven't used a front load, read up on the manual. There are some variances from top to front load such as leaving the door open when not in use so it can dry and air out, cleaning the drain about once a month, which is very easy to do. And the clean cycle is incredibly nice! I've only pretreated some clothes once or twice compared to frequently with the top load I had. This Samsung gets them clean and smelling great! Steam feature is great too which I never thought I would use. I spoiled myself with this purchase. I only wish I would have got the GeekSquad protection with it too. Just because I believe this is a washer I'll have forever.

I am really enjoying this washer machine. Has so many features...its able to fit large loads of laundry...love the steam option...and its quiet.

I have been using washer for about 2 months now and it is working great. Quiet compared to older unit, uses way less water too. Which is needed here in California. still leaning about features. hopefully I get 15 years out of this one too.

It works smoothly and does a great job of washing the clothes. The operation is simple and the design is very classy. We originally wanted the white ones to save $100 but ended up buying the gray ones and they look soooooo much nicer. If you can I would splurge.

I have been wanting to replace my old 1990's Kenmore washer/dryer for a while but went round and round with what one to purchase. I finally decided on this washer/dryer combo and I could not be happier! My clothes come out so fresh and clean and they feel so much softer. The washer is super quiet and plays such a cute little song when finished. I seriously emptied all my drawers and rewashed everything! So happy with my purchase so far!

After much research I purchased the Samsung Front Loader 5200. The best thing about the machine is the song that is played at the end of the cycle. It is the most time-consuming appliance I have ever owned. At the end of each wash load I have to dry out the interior of the machine and the rubber gasket and, then, manually remove the entire soap dispenser unit, pour out the water that still remains and dry each part of dispenser. This takes about 5-10 minutes every time I wash a load of clothes. After I am finished I leave both the dispenser and the door of the machine open. I have a 6 year old front loader Whirlpool in my other home and it has none of these problems. I do keep the door of the washer open when not in use.

Great washer. I really like all of the wash options available. It's extremely quiet and is very efficient in getting clothes clean.

the price is really good for a washer like this and it works perfectly and fits a lot of clothes in a round just basicly everything about it makes it an excellent product

So far, this washer's performance has exceeded my expectations. It's a solid sturdy build and has the feel of quality. The control panel is much less complex than I expected, and that's a good thing. The only change I would make is to the "Normal" wash settings. They are too long - close to an hour, even at the light soiled setting. If I want a wash of around 30-40 mins, I need to use the "Quick wash" settings. Unfortunately, you don't get steam with the quick wash. Other than that, It's a great washer for my moderately sized family - we wash very often.

Bought this machine based on reviews. Some reviews mentioned that the machine vibrated loudly. I was very pleased with the delivery person and set up. On my very first load the machine was loud and vibrated violently. I thought "oh no, I have one of those machines I read about". I went to Samsung's support website and had a live chat where the representative sent me link with further instructions. On that link was step by step instructions on how to calibrate the machine, which needs to be done before the first use. Sure enough that solved the problem and my clothes are now quietly humming away in my washer. Good machine, worth the money. FYI I bought the pedestal "open boxed" and picked them up at the store and saved $160.
