The washer and dryer combination have a great mix of energy efficiency and production speed. Highly satisfied!

Although this machine is sold as if suitable to stack, it is too low without the optional platform, which couldn't be used with a stack. I keep a pasta rake at hand to pull out wet items from the back of the drum. Otherwise I would have to get down on my knees to retrieve the whole load. In the same way, it would be inconvenient as a stand alone washer unless the platform is added. The first machine I received would not power on and had to be replaced.

This wsher CLUNKS when filling... AND you can't set it to HIGH SPIN for heavy items like bedspreads. (it leaves a LOT of water in the item... so it takes forever to dry. If you wash on Regular load you can You get use to the clunking but it really doesn't need to do that LG change these 2 things and it will be perfect.

Got this at a very low price with a deal. Looks stylish and the controll knob is extremely smooth. Operation is so quiet and it uses little water too. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Works great except for leaking so had to get a leak tray. Owned now for 7 years.

Very efficient washer. Makes very little noise during spin cycle. Clothes are barely damp when finished so it makes for a quick dry. Clothes have never felt so clean either. All around great purchase.

first washing machine and choice cant be a wrong when you buy a samung brand and that too from best buy, simply awsm.. very happy.

We purchased this washer to replace a 2011 front loading Samsung washer that we had to replace because of a fire. Our 2011 washer was okay, we had complaints with its cleaning abilities on heavily soiled clothes. Despite this, we went ahead and replaced it with another Samsung, on part, because of the great reviews of the new machine. And it is great! Does a great job cleaning all of our clothes - including food caked toddler clothes and dog messes, especially in the Steam function. The drum is big enough for our needs. We could fit a king size comforter in it without problems.

Washer is easy to use and does an awesome job. I would highly recommend thr washer especially for the price.

This unit has been great so far. It is quieter than our old washer and cleans well. I would recommend it.

Water does not always appear in the softener compartment. It will appear at least one or twice while doing weekend laundry. I have to close the front door and push the drawer in real fast to get the water to drain. This is my second washer and this never happened in the old one. So, Samsung do not tell me this is normal.(which I've seen as a response on other sites.)

The washer has many features and works great. So happy with this choice.

I have been using this washer (and the matching dryer) for the past five months, and I could not be happier with it! I got a really good price on it when it went on sale for black Friday at Best Buy. At the time, I did not find another single washing machine that offered as many features (the steam was a big seller for me) at such a good price. It almost seemed to good to be true, but it wasn't! My clothing comes out cleaner and more refreshed compared to the old top load machine that I had been using. The standard wash cycle is great, but the others are also very useful--I sanitized my dog's bedding after she was completely infested with ticks once, and I use the "extra soiled" and "extra rinse" options for when we come home covered in head to toe mud from ATV riding. I've had stains that were set into clothing months prior lift out of the fabric now that they've been washed on the steam cycle in this washer. Now, that's impressive! Furthermore, it was easy to get this delivered and installed by BestBuy. I was building a house at the time, but they were able to schedule my install for months ahead of time so that it would arrive and be installed once the house was complete.

This is my wife's first front load, high-efficiency washer. She was skeptical at first but is now in love with it. Our water use has gone down, the machine runs so quiet we can barely hear it from the next room, and the speed that it gets our wash done so fast that it is no longer a chore on laundry day. I am so glad that we bought this washer.
