Overall, functions very well. Opening of tray for wash detergent could be a little bigger though. Light in the wash drum needs to be brighter.

I bought this washer just over a year ago and it was my first front-load washer. I was wary about buying a front loader because I've heard horror stories about mold and bad smells. I have had no problem with this washer. I love the different features and settings. I am highly satisfied with this purchase!

Great little unit, very quiet - and it plays some fun music to let you know that it's all done. It goes through some spinning assessment cycle first to fully determine how much water to use. No regrets in the purchase.

Upgraded from a top loader. There is a significant difference in the quality of cleaning. Clothes are washed way cleaner now. It has a variety of options that are simple to use. Low noise even in spin cycles (it has to be installed on an even surface).

Good for the value. I have had a couple of issues. Would recommend getting a warranty so it can cover it. It's been an easy fix for their team to come out and fix the problem.

i got this as a replacement for my old washer. I had purchased the dryer previously and i wanted the matching washer. I had a problem with the dryer that was cover under warranty. Hopefully that doesnt happen with the washer. Great performance and plenty of options.

My husband and I bought this washer based on the reviews. HUGE MISTAKE. About 7 months into having the washer, it completely stopped working. The drum would no longer spin, and it was useless. "Luckily," we were within the manufacturer's one year warranty. OH MY GOD, SAMSUNG WAS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH.- an incompetent customer service team with a terrible system. Not exaggerating, we had to make 20+ calls, each of which we were referred to someone else, and told the same thing every time, "we will call you in a few days." They sent two separate repairmen out who looked at the machine, shrugged their shoulders, and said they couldn't help. It is now OVER ONE MONTH after we placed the initial claim, and we are still waiting for our refund. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. Faulty product and customer service that was horrendous beyond words.

We needed to replace a garbage HE washing machine that broke and we're worried with getting another one. This one is absolutely fantastic. Gets clothes clean every time, which is a big deal because we have two toddlers.

We had looked all over for a new washer and dryer . After looking at the reviews on bestbuy.com we went to the store and got the set on sale. Got to our new home as promised. Set works great.

The washer vibrated violently during my first wash, but it was my fault; I failed to remove the shipping bolts. Once they were removed, this product amazed me.

The washer is doing everything I need it for. Its much more convenient than going to the laundromat. It provides all the cycles I need and probably a few more.

I bought this washer about 5 years ago and it has worked great - still does; however the writing / text has started to smear off the front. Fortunately I found a replacement sticker label on Etsy and it looks great again. Hoping this washer last us another 5-10 years. Can't complain if the text smudge was the only issue. Best Buy installers were prompts and did a great job as well. Will definitely buy from BB again!
