We have had this for about a month. Squeaks and thumps constantly. Shakes entire condo when runs. I doubt this will last a year. When it breaks, I will look for another brand

We bought the washer dryer and stacked. However, heating element in dryer failed within 9 months. Samsung has a poor warranty response. 48 hours for a service company to call, who then says it will be a week. Then they require the washer and dryer to be unstacked before service. Claim that in warranty it says it has to be in service position. Unbelieveable.

This washer failed in less than 4 years. The problem stems from Samsung making a critical moving internal component, the flange shaft, out of plastic. When it broke they wouldn't do anything about it. RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER. And BTW - The matching dryer failed with a belt broken in just 3 years as well. 'Nuff said....

Washer is suppose to have this fancy Vibration Reduction Technology. Well obviously it doesn't work so well. During the spin cycle the machine turns out to be very noisy. We checked the level/balance of the machine and also tried re-configuring the machine which it does for you after pushing a couple buttons. Needless to say we ended up having to return the product through the manufacture (Samsung) and their customer service and customer support is very unimpressive. After spending hours on the phone with them and had first notified them of the issue 2-3 weeks ago we are still waiting on approval to exchange out our washer.

HAD CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH DIED AFTER 5 MONTHS WHAT A PIECE IF JUNK . DONT GET EXTENDED WARRENTY EITHER NOT WORTH THE MONEY... WILL JUST PUT IN PARTS AND NOT DIAGNOSE PROBLEM..

This machine is horrible. It will not consistently spin in the spin cycle. Best Buy Geek Squad has looked at this machine twice. They replaced the mother board once, stating that Samsung has had terrible issues with the mother boards. This machine still DOES NOT WORK. I have been dealing with this for weeks and still don't have a machine that works. Best Buy should stop carrying this product until Samsung fixes it. Don't waste your money on this. Samsung customer service is worse that bad. They are offensive to deal with. This is the LAST SAMSUNG PRODUCT I WILL EVER BUY. I'm ready to throw this away and chalk it up as a loss and buy something else. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I have owned a Samsung Washer and Dryer for 2 years and they are nothing but pieces of Junk. I notice right away that they never got clothes clean and the dryer on Delicate was so hot I could not touch the cloths. I asked them to take it back but it was a discontinued model (got very cheap) they said to contact Samsung. I tried for a week to contact and talk to someone about the machines but never was able. I will never ever buy any thing from Samsung again.

The Softener Dispenser on this is a brand new washer stopped working after ONLY 4 WEEKS! The technician came and said some valve is broken but he has to order the part - meaning another repair appointment. There is some serious product reliability problem here. Samsung has to do a better job than this!

I made the mistake of buying this washer and dryer and they are like going back to the stone age! I was used to my washer telling my dryer what had been washed and it made the setting appropriate for the load that this is like going the bottom of the line. It isn't very quiet and the matching dryer doesn't even have a sweater or sneaker drying rack. They are very light in weight and the doors sound like they belong in a Barbie house when you close them. Unless you are a newly wed and really need a cheap set, stay away from these.

Had to have the washer repaired 3 times in one year. Not happy with this product. Motor went out, board went out 2 times

Disappointed with Samsung customer service. Had washer for about two years and did not get to geek squad protection. Started leaking from internal components and Samsung wants to charge $100 to come out and look at it. Do yourself a favor buy a cheaper model or less expensive brand and get the geek squad protection and guarantee that you have a washer for five years. Samsung if you would like to rectify this and let me know.

Never buy a Samsung. I have 4 boys and need a working Washer/dryer. Samsung has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. Their customer service is the worst. Their washer and dryer broke after a few months, I had it repaired and it broke again, I had it fixed again and it broke again. Samsung could care less. Buy a different brand please!! Do not buy Samsung!!

Had this washer for less than 3 months. Water remains in fabric softener drawer after cycle is complete. Samsung said since I am Making payments, they cannot repair since a service agent is not in my area!

I filled my home with new Samsung appliances since they seemed like a good brand. They all look nice, but are terrible quality and do a very poor job. Stay away from Samsung and all of their products. The minimum number of stars is 1, but this product deserves 0.

Bought this Samsung Washing Machine June 10, 2016. Sounds like we live in a airport when its on. It also sounds like someone is jumping up & down on a squeaky bed. Its so loud we can hear it in the living room even with the door shut. We had to return it.

Do not buy this front loader washer unless you want to continually be replacing the front gasket. It is defective and tears easily, causing the washer to leak.

Heat stopped working after 8 months. Samsung has horrible customer service. I would avoid at all costs purchasing samsung products at all costs.

We bought this washer for my mother, which is in her 80s. She does very little laundry and the tub bearings are already bad and the washer is less than two years old.

not satisfied with the product and clothes get stuck while washing
