I am happy with the purchase. using it for more than a month now. The machine is very silent and at times i had to go and check whether this was working (got used to noisy one previously).

Clothes wash great, lot of features I'll probably never use but great to have, easy install

I've had this washer and dryer set for about a month now and absolutely love it! Easy to use and I can't believe how much cleaner clothes are compared to my 6 year old top loader I'm replacing!

I love this washer, my clothes come out so clean! It's user friendly and very quiet while running!

First – Best Buy delivery is top notch and easily within the top 3 of the many delivery experiences had to date. Great machine – quiet, smooth, easy to use and has not shredded any clothing or developed an odor in the past/first 6 months. There is however some rants; the door latch is stiff and almost requires slamming it and the stainless steel used on the top of the unit scratches VERY easily. The plastic soap bottle has basically destroyed the finish appearance in 6 months!

My wife and I love this washer. Front load was an awesome choice. It is simple to use but allows you to really customize it if needed. My wife even set up a preset for most loads so my kids can do laundry. Not very noisy. Love the "time remaining" feature. Couldn't get app to work but we just set our alarm based on time remaining.

Great product with great features. It does make some noise when running, but it is tolerable. You can dampen the sound by leveling the unit.

Easy to use. Quiet and does a great job. Large capacity and can hold a king comforter.

Love this wash machine . It is very quiet and dont know it is finished washing at times. The only thing that would make it better is a louder signal to let you know when it is finish washing

I have no problem with the washer it does make the clothes cleaner than other standard washers. Just make sure after you get done running laundry open the door for a couple hours so that the moisture can evaporate.

No problems so far. Runs quietly, cleans with less detergent and water and is so easy to operate.

Fits lots of laundry/ king size comforter. Cleans well, quiet and very happy with my purchase.

Overall we are pleased with this purchase, but wish there was a design option to open the door on the left side (right side hinge) with the detergent fill drawer on the right. Our laundry room (as so many) was constructed in a top load only timeframe. As a result, it was designed with the water connections and drain on the right side (dryer to install on left next to vent). Putting the washer on the left means the hoses must cross behind the dryer and the fill drawer is directly over a floor vent. Ahhh!

So far I love the Samsung washer and dryer that I purchased. I read terrible reviews about Samsung and will give you an update in 3 months if any problems occurred.

We are enjoying our Samsung washer. We were panic stricken when our old washer did not go into the final spin and we had a tub of leftover water in the bottom of the tub. Reading the reviews, this washer looked the best for us. So far, the clothes are coming out clean, relatively dry following an extra spin cycle, and it runs relatively quiet. We have not used all the cycles yet, but look forward to exploring more. The tune it plays at the end of the cycle sounds like a celtic tune.

I love this washer. Really efficient and cleans clothes well. Tons of options. Only downside is clean time is pretty long, but there is a quick wash option. Spin cycle is a little loud too

Easy and simple to use. And the sale price was a good motivator to switch out my old top loader washer. My clothes are clean and not bunched up in a wrinkle mess

So far so good. I have only ha it for a month but it is much quieter and slicker than my Kenmore front loader. I use permanent press and the clothes come out clean.

I would have to say that I have never been happier with my purchase from best buy, these machines pay for themselves not to mention my clothes come out cleaner. I absolutely love them.

Great washer (the dryer as well)! The washer does a very good job and I'm very happy with the purchase of this washer and the accompanying dryer. Highly recommend
