Still getting used to it as very different from my previous one, but I find it to practically dry the clothes, etc. after spinning!

Looks Great and works great so far. Large enough and has a spin cycle that basically dries the clothes very well.

The Best Buy staff was so helpful when my washing machine broke down. Although they didn't have the washer I was looking for and the one that I had decided that I wanted when looking online, they were able to get it ordered and have it delivered within a week. The washer works wonderfully and I haven't had any problems at all. It's very quiet compared to my last one and gets the clothes much cleaner:):)

I loved this washer, especially for hospital clothes the option santize is excellent and baby stuff. Also, I love how easo it is to use and finishes with almost dried clothes.

I made this purchase back in January and waited to give it a review. It works well so far without any issues. Make sure after every load you dry the rubber seal on the inside and leave the door open after every load you wash. I haven't used the steam function on it yet...Great price..i paid 699.00 at the time it was on sale. I get compliments on the color all the time.

The Samsung front loader gets the clothes much cleaner than our old top loader(they smell really good). It doesn't leave as much lint in the dryer because it is much gentler on them and it has the added benefit that the clothes come out of the washer much dryer, so the dryer runs a load faster and user about half the energy. It's very quiet and it doesn't sound like a steam ship engine like the toploader. It is little bit more complicated but it's worth it.

This washer is excellent - gets my clothes very clean while remaining efficient. The only down side is the amount of time the washes sometimes take, but that's a sacrifice for efficiency. Looks great, too!

Was looking at another samsung set on sale then we seen this set on sale and the color so we had to have it so far works great and looks great too would highly recommend

Quiet, cleans clothes well. Auto shutoff works great. Easy to clean and maintain.

Our whole experience with purchasing and the delivery was great. We've had this machine about a month now and my wife is very happy with how the machine works and cleans our clothes. Buying the pedestal helps in reaching inside the machine and not having to bend over. The spin cycle works great as the clothes have less moisture which helps to have less drying time in the dryer. Would buy this item again!!

I have never owned a Samsung appliance. This washer does a great job cleaning my clothes. Living in an area where there is a drought, I really appreciate the water savings

I can do larger loads now & like all the different cycles available. I wish Samsung would have made drawers heavier because the washing machine is so very heavy that the drawer doesn't give enough support with that much weight on top of it. I've had to put more weight items in drawer, so that took up most of the room. Otherwise I like the pedestal drawer for both washer & dryer. No more bending over to take clothes out....

I sold my last Samsung front load w/d with my previous home, and had no hesitation buying another set, but wish I would have. The last set was so quiet I could not hear it running when I was a few feet away. Even though this washer received great ratings for low noise, it sounds and feels like a freight train barreling through the house regardless of setting. It does get points for cleaning the clothes, which is its purpose, but it's so loud we have to leave the house when it's running or you cannot hear yourself think

We really like this washer. It has lots of options and does a good job cleaning. It does knock a little when it gets up to speed, but I think that's how it's leveled.

I purchase Samsung products whenever possible, and this Samsung washer did not disappoint. It is quiet, efficient, has many options available, and I love the jingles it plays (you can turn these off if you don't like them!). It is pretty to look at, and everything I wanted when I was looking at which product to purchase. I also think it was worth the extra money to purchase the steam features.
