Before going to Best Buy, I did my homework online. It was the only washer that I was interested in because go the quality and price range. It does a great job and more.

I was skeptical about getting a front loading but this was the best purchase I made. It gives you a lot of options and perfect for delicate fabrics.

This washer can handle a large load of laundry and cleans reasonably well. Con- is fairly deep, so makes small laundry rooms feel very tight

This is the best front loader ever. I have thoroughly enjoyed this machine. It has so many options and is both great for small and large loads.

I bought this after my washer went out on me. Works real well and I can smell the difference. I have to remind my self that I'm washing cause it's so quiet.

this washer is so quit and efficient our clothes are cleaner and it uses less laundry soap our light bill went down as well.so glad we up graded to this unit

The washer is much bigger than I expected, can fit all my bedding in (a couple bedrooms), no issue!

Our 12 year old LG washer and dryer started having issues recently. They were excellent. 0 problems for 12 years. But when you're looking at hundreds of dollars time to change. We read great reviews on Samsung. We liked the way they looked in the stores. Bought pedestals this time. Very quiet. If the clothes are unbalanced and it starts to shake it stops, spins in reverse and problem solved. We had a great sales person at our local best buy and explained differences in top loading (14 gallons compared to 7) to front loading. We purchased the matching dryer and like it as well. Really haven't used the steam function to make any comments on it.

We have had this washer for about a month now and really like it. Our clothes appear cleaner and the washer is easy to use. The only thing I would state is that the sound threw me off at first. It sings when the dryer is turned on and then when the clothes are done. I like this though, much better then the old school beeps washer and dryers had. There are ample settings as well, including one for bedding. I recommend.

So far I have used the normal, quick and permanent press wash cycles and I am pleased with all of them. I am coming from a 15+ year old basic washer so this unit is a huge upgrade for me. Leveling was pretty straightforward and the washer is very quiet. Using the extra spin feature for hang-dry items is helpful as very little water is left afterwards.

The washer worked great from the start. We found that wiping down the door seal and leaving door open overnight prevents condensation.

Really nice washer. Does nice job on clothes. The only problem I have is it takes much longer to wash on anything other than quick wash.

Our family has been looking for a front end loader that can handle our wash load and we have found it. To top it off, the machine is fairly quiet as well.

My Samsung washer is quiet and a beauty to have in my new house. It uses less water than a top loader washer, which is a great savings with my water bill.

I fully look forward to my washdays now. So efficent and drying is fast and easy. Ithought I wouldn't want these new fangle machines but now I feel blessed.

This is our second Samsung washer. We loved the first one, and we are happy with this one so far. Clothes come out very clean, even in the quick wash.
