This clothes washer is really great. Many different soil and water level settings. The best feature is the machine spins so much water from the clothes, it takes about half of the time to dry when compared to our previous Maytag machine. Don't know how durable the machine is, have not had it long enough to know. So far it is operating without a glitch.

Very nice large capacity! And it has a nice cycle for towels and it does a great job. I finally feel like my towels get clean and don't stink anymore.

I did quite a bit of research before making my purchase. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase. I haven't explored all of the options but I'm pleased with the features I have used.

I was cramped for space so I needed a stackable washer and dryer and after looking at many units I found this. I am getting ready to have my first child and needed something reliable besides going to the laundry mat but only had a small space to put a washer and dryer. The washer is great! It is very quiet and even plays a tune when the cycle is done (it can be turned off) Best Buy was great.. they made sure I had everything I needed to set the washer and dryer up and the delivery was very easy and on time. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Operates as promised , nice quiet machine easy to hook up ,lots of cool features , best buy delivered as promised , when they delivered the machine the guys unwrapped it, took all the empty boxes , very hassle free

This washer is great! It's huge, quiet and fast. Unfortunately, the person who came to install it didn't know how to hook it up and then told me I would have to purchase a stacking kit because it wouldn't fit in my area. Not true! I ended up hiring a handyman to come install it and put it in place, unstacked. Poor job Best Buy!

I purchased this after my 20 year old washer stopped working. I love all the features this machine has and fits a queen size comforter with no problems

It's quiet, has multiple cycles and it plays a tune instead of an annoying buzzing noise.

Still learning some of the controls but overall does a great job cleaning and getting the clothes to just damp feeling for some very short dry times.

The only thing I don’t like about this washer is the fact that I can’t change the long time into a single beep. Besides that it washes clothes very well.

Was very easy to install and it's opened my eyes to a whole new world of what a washing machine should work like. Very happy with this purchase and the washing results and multiple features . Like the smart technology also- downloaded the app and did a test trouble shoot . Highly recommend this product. Don't forget to remove the shipping bolts!!!

We replaced the top loader washer with this. We are very satisfied and love this. Very quiet machine and washes load very well.

We purchased this item and the matching dryer about a month ago. No complaints at all so far. Our old washer was a top loader, and my wife says that this washes the clothes better than the old machine. She is doing laundry for four adults and one child, so the machine is already been called on to do a lot of work. Really looking forward to seeing the first water bill to check for a drop in water usage. One other benefit is the ability to stack this with the dryer. This makes a big difference to her in the limited space of our laundry room. Please see my review of the stack kit for some important notes/considerations about stacking these!

They are super quiet and sleek machines... They seem to be much bigger than the standard machines
