This washer holds a lot of clothes. And it gets them clean and makes them smell great. Definetly happy with our purchase.

Easy to use, nice color, good price, very quietly when washing

Still have not had chance to fully put the washer to a full test, but at this point it is fully exceeding expectations.

Not a fan on doing laundry but this an exception. Now I love doing laundry in the new washer and dryer.

I have mixed feelings about this washer. I bought it to replace my 8-year old Samsung washer which broke. My old washer was the top of the line, with all of the bells and whistles, which, I realized, I never used, so we decided to buy a much cheaper model. I find that this one washes much better than my old washer - perhaps the rinsing is better, I do not know, but my clothes are cleaner, fresher and it takes less time. My only complaint is that this washer is extremely loud - like cannot hear the TV at full volume if the laundry room door is open loud. I did not see a decibels rating like on dishwashers, which I think would have been helpful. So, I would fully recommend this washer only if you have a separate laundry room away from your living space because if, say, you have one of those laundry closets in the hall, you would not be able to sleep or be comfortable with the noise. Otherwise, it is a fantastic washer.

I'm very satisfied with its performance and you can wash a pretty big load with it. I like the self- cleaning function.

Picked up this washer along with the matching dryer during the fourth of July sale. So far it has been a great purchase. My clothes always come out fresh and clean and I like being able to see them spin around in the machine. I haven't tried out all of the settings yet but the ones I have used worked great. The large capacity is excellent and it's great that I can fit a lot of clothes into the machine. I love the color of the washer and the end of cycle sound is loud enough for me to hear upstairs in my home. Haven't had a negative experience with the washer yet.

So far this Samsung Washer has really worked well. I've used Whirlpool my entire life, but decided to change up after considering price and value for the money. It's very quiet and doesn't shake like my old Whirlpool. It's very easy to use and the cycles are quicker.

This Samsung front load washing machine is excellent and a great price. I recommend this to everyone.

Overall the performance and features on the washer are excellent. The one problem I have is the slick cement floor that the washer sits on allows the washer to "walk" during the spin cycles. I found the suggestion of a non-slip pad in the instruction manual and called Samsung to order. I was on the phone for about an hour working through the path the automated system and a nice tech person kept forwarding me through. When the phone was answered I got a recording that the office was closed.
