Cleans very well, great settings and steam is a bonus!

We have been using it for about month and half. Very satisfie with the results. It is very quiet which is what I like. It was delivered right on time and was installed by the Bestbuy technicians. They were very pfofessional and courteous. I would recommend this Samsung washer to anybody.

Washer was easy to set up and is very simple to use. Clothes come out very clean and dry thanks to the impressive spin cycle. Very happy with the purchase so far.

This washer works great. My clothes are definitely whiter and brighter. There are multiple cycles to choose from. The machine is very quiet. Also keep in n mind if you are going to put it downstairs, get a friend to help. The washer is very heavy.

This washing machine works very well. Make sure to calibrate before using it, it shows you how on the manual.

I had an older top washer, used a lot of water and was loud. Read a bunch of reviews when this unit was priced at 600. I have had it for a month and my cloths have never been as clean or soft before. The additional features in this class was not worth the extra $$. This unit it quiet and works well. Laundry takes a little longer than then old machine but that might just be new technology... I am hoping this unit will last a long time.

For the price i paid it not bad. Nice and quiet washer. Just got it for a month now but hopefully will help lower my water bill.

Installation went very well and timely as planned and executed. Washer performs exactly as expected.

So far no major issues in the 2 months we’ve had it. Our clothes come out clean and the interface is easy to use. We make sure to keep the door open as well as the detergent compartment to keep mold from growing. It’s not quiet per say, but what washer is? Plus it’s in the basement so it’s no big deal for us. Overall we are happy, hopefully it last us a long while!

This washer is easy to use. It has enough settings to handle multiple types of jobs, but not so many as to be overwhelming.

Overall a good buy! like the ease of loading and unloading, quiet performance and value.

A fantastic futuristic premium-feel washer with lots of bells and whistles. Just two things: 1) The door is kind of difficult to close without slamming it. and 2) The clothes is always a bit warm after it's completed washing, even after I chose cold water... is that normal? Anyways, so far nothing has gone wrong with the clothes.
