Works and Meet My Requirement, noise level is acceptable and no complains with washed clothes

Reviewed a few different brands and went with the Samsung based on the reviews I read. I am not disappointed! Easy to use, cycles are great and it works well clothes come out fresh and clean! Machine is pretty quiet on most cycles. I'd buy it again!

This is a great machine and energy efficient. Delivery and set-up was quick and well done.

My wife and I did are homework on this purchase, it had been 12 years since are last washer and dryer set. And the customer service we got with best buy was outstanding and the geek squad extended warranty gives us 6 years of pieces of mind !! I would highly recommend buying your next washer and dryer set through best buy. .

my dryer died after 8 years so I shopped for a stacked washer/dryer. found samsung pair with more than the bells and whistles. the best buy person who helped us was 5-stars, gave us the lowest price comparable to all other dept. stores. we have it for 2 months now, great purchase! great quality!!

When i first bought this item it was open box which means that it was pretty much brand new but it had been taken out to the showroom for display only. I tried washing for the first time and it would not start. Gave me the DE message. Something was wrong with the door lock. Fortunately, i was able to schedule an appointment with a geek squad agent and they were able to order some parts and get this issue fixed pretty soon. Its a great unit overall

Less than two years and it let go. Samsung told me I was out of warranty hence out of luck. Same issue with companion dryer. It’s tension pulley squeaked and had to be replaced. Imagine what we have to look forward to. Cheaper to buy new units rather than repair again.

Is a good washer. Not too noisy. Still not sure why I actually care about the steam function. When measuring for placement, be sure to take into account the curved loading door.

The washer and dryer are very good, efficient and does everything I need. We are a family of 4 and have lots of laundry. The clothes come out clean with a nice smell and the dryer leaves the clothes so good that I don't even have to iron most of it.

We have had no problems and the washer is very quiet. Very good product for the price!

This washing machine has been great so far. I like all the features it has and the fact it tells you how long a wash will take. My clothes come out smelling fresh and has cleaned some fabrics that I thought were permanently stained.

Loved the product, our sales person at Best Buy jersey city Roy was very knowledgable and helped us make our selection. The product was ordered on Dec 17 and was delivered on Jan 10. The installation guys arrived 5 hours late and did not seem interested in installing the products, they left without the installatiion and caused tiles damage in our utility room while leaving. It took us 25 phone calls and multiple visits to Best Buy store to reschedule the installation. On the day of installation, the service guys were supposed to arrive at 8am but did not show up till 8pm

I love this. It works great. Holds a lot of laundry and gets it ckean.

I'm very pleased with this Washer and the options it offers. It is quiet running & spinning, and easy to use. Musical chime at end of cycle is pleasant and nice option for reminder when you are busy and need to keep the loads moving through!

Replaced our old washer with this one. It's fast and does a good job.

Previously had Whirlpool. Dryer quit working so decided to get new set. Found this for $549 the week before Thanksgiving. Couldn't beat the price for the features that this had. Product is a little louder than my previous set but not bad. Did not get the pedestals because we will be building our own. Great set!

Washer works pretty good, easy to use and has the steam feature if needed. Cant complain for the price.
