I purchased this washer and dryer after my dryer died. I wasn't looking forward to spending so much money, but it was definitely worth every penny! I love this Samsung washer! It does a great job getting our clothes clean. The steam is a great added feature as well as Samsung Smart Care. Buying from Best Buy was great as well! I was afraid I would have issues with the price match policy, but it was a piece of cake! I just showed them the competitor's ad, and they matched it. The best part was they offered delivery within 2 days (the competitor wanted me to wait for 2 months due to the washer being backordered). I would highly recommend this washer!

This is a very nice wash machine. It's quiet when in use and has a magnet to keep the door open slightly when not in use which allows air to flow in so it doesn't get moldy. Nice feature since a previous machine I had didn't have that and it got stinky in there. Machine has all the features we need.

I love my new washer! It's much quieter than my old one & cleans better. I especially like the musical tones to indicate a completed cycle instead of the obnoxious buzzer I used to have.

This washer has excellent features for washing a variety of clothing types, water temperatures and length of wash times. The capacity for this washer is well suited for my needs.

Very pleased with Samsung washer/dryer combo. Delivery was timely and units were brought inside. Hookup kit was unnecessary and overpriced. But they took it back with full credit. I am happy!

Samsung has been good to us and this continues the trend. All the setting flexibility you could want, steam cycles for deep cleaning, and big enough drum for blankets, all at the lowest price we found anywhere. ..steam for under $700 is great.

I found this machine to be very quiet and is a great fit in the laundry room of my new home. Built to conserve water resources. The front loader is great as I have cabinets overhead.

This Samsung Wash Machine has proven to be great so far. With a family of five there is so much laundry to be done. I love the stacking option, as we bought the matching gas dryer. It makes switching over loads much easier in a busy household. With dust mite allergies in our home, I love the allergen feature, as well as options for bedding, etc. We have a young curious child in our home, so I really like that there is a childproof option that requires hitting more than one button to open it rather than just locking or hitting one button. Overall we've had a great experience with this washer so far, it's an improvement from our previous LG model.

This washing machine is big enough to hold the loads of our family of five and do a great job cleaning our clothes. The kids like the music it plays and we love the look and efficiency of the machine.

This washer works great. The service at Best Buy has been even better. The knowledge of sales person telling me about pros and cons of top load vs front load was very informative and eye opening. Wasn't trying to get me to spend more than I wanted too and wanted me to get best machine for my money.

This washer is perfect! It's super quiet and rings the clothes out very well. They are barely even wet at the end of the cycle. It's only been a month but so far I am very pleased.

Large capacity, cleans well. As with all front loaders, I recommend leaving the door ajar when not in use to keep it from smelling musty. We’ve not had any issues!

The Platinum is color is nice, wash cloth well, the cloth smell good, and look good when fish washing. I think the cycle little long, but I know it's doing the job. I love the steam wash and dry. Wrinkle prevention works pretty good on the dryer. Bedding setting is nice. I like watching the cycles thru the glass windo, lol. Worth buying.

Overall very good but it is noisy during the spin cycle. Would return it but don't want to go through the hassle. It was drama to get it in my place and I don't want to go through it again.

Washer is awesome, cleans clothes very well and is very quiet. This unit does seem to be deeper than most top load models, which made fitting it in to our laundry area interesting. Very pleased with the machine.

Absolutely wonderful and quiet dryer, stackable set, the only thing I didn't quite like was the fact that it is a few inches bigger in depths in comparison to the other sets, and for me every inch was counting since I have a tiny space dedicated to laundry and the door closed with difficulties. Other than that - it is a great machine!

Great deal on a great Samsung front load washer / dryer set

My wife and I bought this washer when we bought a new dryer to replace our old one that had a bad temperature relay. We were excited to get it as soon as we did and even more so when the first load of cloths came out. It has so many great features that I can't begin to describe how versatile it is.

I absolutely love this washer. It really cleans and sanitizes clothes, towels, bedding, etc. and everything comes out smelling fresh no matter what detergent is used. I am also a fan of the jingle that plays when the load is completed.
