This machine is quiet and has plenty of cycles to do whatever type of laundry I have. The capacity is large enough to do my king sized sheets without them being crammed. It also "sings" when the cycle is done.

This is a good washer it cleans your clothes well and quickly. I love all the different cycles that are available in the menu. It is also very nice looking and eye appealing. Great product! Great investment.

This washer is great. It takes a little bit to figure out the controls as we've been used to old style washers. Once we figured them out it takes two seconds to start. We really like that it show a digital time too so we know how long before its done without guessing.

I gave it a 4 because I do not like how I have to drain it once per month. The location of the bleach receptacle is not convenient because it's toward the back of the tray where the detergent, softener, and bleach go.

I purchased both the washer and dryer. Love the steam options and so far they are working great. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating was because as a stackable the controls on the top unit are hard to see. Due the slanted angle of the control when these are stacked it is very hard to see what options you are selecting.

Bought this for my mom as a Christmas gift. I couldn't be more happy. For me the purchase, shipping and delivery was great and my mom just loves the units. They are a gorgeous color with no flaws and every time she does laundry, she calls to tell me how good the clothes smell. Couldn't be happier

I've had this washer for a month and love it! I can do bigger loads than I could with the top loader and the clothes come out really clean. I love all of the washing options

We love our new washer and dryer top notch. Our Samsung (stacked) side loading silver units are perfect. Laundry is much more easier now. Especially the no wrinkle version of the dryer. A very easy and enjoyable experience from purchase to install. Thank you Best Buy Monrovia / Duarte.

Very easy to use and adjust to my everyday laundry needs.. Once the cycle starts I cant even hear the machine running. Not only looks incredible but also does the job well.

I've used this washer only a few times recently but it does an amazing job. My friend has one that is a couple models up but this one has many great options for the price.

I was replacing an outdated machine over 20 years old. This Samsung washing machine runs quietly and does a wonderful job getting clothes clean. Very efficient.

As others have stated this washer is a great value for the price but i think Best Buy should bundle a standard power cold since they insist you buy one from them before they will install it. Waiting to see how door seal holds up over time since i use washer multiple times per week.

We've had this washer about a month and it has been terrific. I love the various cycles and seeing how long they will run. It has lots of room and is easy to use so far.

This machine is spectacular. Makes doing the laundry entertaining. I'm so impressed with all the capabilities and I know I've just begun to explore them. Would highly reccommend.

I use the steam function for my cotton whites. I really like how good the clothes come out as in no major wrinkles, distortion from stretching or the need to wash again. Yes, they are clean! No worry for a buildup of smells, germs. You just do a self clean once a month. LOVE!

I am loving the large capacity - I can do two loads at once now! Like the extended song that is played on load completion. Love all the features on this machine-very easy to use!
