Very happy with performance. I extensively researched washers and this was one of the best. have been very pleased so far. It is extremely quiet and does a great job.

I bought this particular model as i needed one that was in stock. Turns out is was a great machine. Large capacity, steam option, and ran very quiet.

We purchased this washer on a Best Buy sale and think we got a good deal. It was installed without a problem and seems to do the job just fine. The controls are fairly intuitive (bleach dispenser is a little odd...) but are very satisfied with the product and purchase.

I'm not sure if this is the fault of the washer or some sort of connection issue during the installation. But anytime the washer runs, the entire washing room fills with steam if the door is closed. It's not oppressive, but it is definitely noticeable. Other than that, it works well.

Very quiet when running, so many different washing cycles to choose from, easy to install and keep maintained, uses half of the detergent we used to use.

Best purchase I have made in a while. i didn't realize how clean clothes could come out because I just settled for semi clean with my old washer. I'm glad I replaced it with this one. I also got a price adjustment because I brought in a lower priced ad from Sears.

It's a great front loader washing machine for my first one. It's easy to understand instruction book and to operate. Definitely cleans better than the top loaders without agitators.

I have been VERY Pleased with my Samsung Washer. It is very quiet and the spin cycles are powerful, reducing the amount of time required for drying.

What a difference from my old top load to this amazing machine. My laundry takes half the time to get clean and it actually feels and smells better. Thank you Best Buy for your quick and easy delivery system and your great Christmas sale.

Only have a couple of weeks use so far, but everything has been working perfectly. Has been easy to use and cloths coming out clean. In addition, pefer finish cycle musical tones.

So far decent, however I find I have to run on the timed dry to get things dry all the way. The moisture detection doesn’t seem to think things are wet but they’re damp and I have to run longer. The settings don’t give full flexibility on temps which is often a bummer

I read alot of reviews before i made the purchase for this washer, I wasn't sure if this was the one i wanted because there is so many too pick from. After having it for a few days and giving it a test run, this was the washer for me.

This is the best washer thus far that I've used. Save money from going to the laundry-mat. Go Samsung! The washer is silent, efficient and smart.

Works awesomely great. Love this machine. It have everything a washing machine should have and washes clothes incredibly effectively. Dos simple to use.

I love my spaceship washer. So speak and cool. And of course works wonderfully. People worry about front loaders and modes but this has a sanitize function that is amazing as well.

This thing kicks butt compared to our old GE. Quiet, smooth, and spins faster then a jet engine. Weeks later and I am still impressed with it.

This washer is easy to use, is a good value, and is well designed. Has all of the necessary features. It would be helpful if the door could be hinged to open either right or left.

And it looks kinda like a space ship! ok that doesn't really matter BUT the washer is great. Our use of detergent and otters washing products has been reduced by 30% the Eco save function uses less water and does a better job cleaning our clothes. The functions in this machine are perfect for us, not too many too choose form and all are relevant for our different washing styles, From dirty clothes used to clean out the livestock stalls to my wife's delicates and our kids school clothes, every one gets what they want with this machine! its great and we LOVE our new set.

Our old washer died, so we needed a new set. We got the matching pair and have been happy with the purchase. I like that at end of cycle, the washer sings a little song, that you can hear even upstairs, instead of a harsh alarm. Haven't used the steam cycle yet, so can't comment on that.

This Samsung washer lives up to its reviews. Quality product, geat features, and quiet. Best Buy price matched, so excellent value for the price.
