The washer is washing very well and is quieter than my last washer. Don’t have to worry about it waking up my kid anymore!

This washer is everything I hoped for. It's quiet, holds a large amount, uses less detergent and water, and cleans very well.

We've been happy with this washer, and previously owned a similar model with no issues for a few years before we moved. However I can't believe that the seal on the door completely wore down and broke right at the critical spot at the bottom in under 6 months of use. I expect my appliances to last years not months. The break causes all the water to drain out of the washer as it comes in. In short, it's a critical function that broke already. Extremely disappointed. I did purchase the service plan however if this problem persists what will I do when it expires?!

I'm so happy with my purchase these are amazing! I've been going to the laundromat for years and because of work it is no longer convenient to do that. We had about 5 huge bags to do first day and it has handled that and all the bedding in the house since I now can wash things when I want. I've put off doing laundry for 2 weeks now and have about 2 loads to do today. It has a large capacity and plays a cute song when it's done! Not to mention the sleek look of these machines excellent purchase!

Bought this to replace my 16-year old Kenmore washer. Great machine at a great price...love my new machine! Quick cycle runs in just 32 minutes, 15 minutes less than the old one.

My first front load washer and I love it. Super quiet. I can finally do large loads so I'm not doing laundry constantly.

Very happy with Samsung Washer. Has many buttons and gadgets. Very quiet operation and my clothes come out clean and smelling wonderful.

This has to be the best washing machine I have ever owned I've never purchased any Samsung home appliances before but I will say they have made a great product. I would highly recommend buying any Samsung product

I am able to wash my heavy blankets in this washer and they come out clean and smelling nice. Before, when I had a smaller washer, my heavy blankets wouldn't be able to rotate and appear to still be dirty/soapy after washing cycle is completed. Being able to wash in larger loads saves me time and money on the water bill. I love this washer and it's companion dryer. Plus, I love the look of them. They are very aesthetically pleasing. My in-laws are jealous of my new washer and dryer set.

In the short period that we've had this washer, we love it.. It's amazing how much less water is used in comparison to my older top load. Definitely saving money on my water usage..

This washer has been amazing! It has many options for the settings, therefore I am able to wash according to clothes. I got the platinum which is just beautiful!

I really like the style and the color of this washer. Had it for about a month. I like it so far. It cleans close very well, and its pretty quiet.

I love this washer, my favorite thing is the 26 minute cycle. The self cleaning cycle is very easy to use. For major towel loads the steam and sanitize take care of any stains.

Has a lot of functions with many settings, I thought it would be a little quieter than it is but maybe that just how front loaders are with the water tumbling around. I like the color and are visualy appealing.

This is our second set of Samsung W&D. We love the ease of use, quiet when running and with the pedestals the height is perfect!
