Good basic front loading washer. We bought this washer because we have a Samsung front loader with more advanced settings in the upstairs laundry so we knew Samsung was a good reliable washer for the less used downstairs laundry. It has turned out to clean laundry as well as the one upstairs and we are very pleased with the purchase.

This washer with the steam option really removes stains and odors well. We had a jacket that had an odor that we could not get out with our old washer, we washed it with this one and used the steam option and the odor was gone.

This machine works great love it so much I would recommend this product to every one I love the steam feature it's great if your doubting this machine don't take the plunge and just purchase you will not be upset. You will be very happy with your product

I absolutely love this washer. It cleans very well and very fast. The only issue is that the door bulges out a little bit.

Good bundle, but awful ordering process. Had to go to the store because not available on line. Had to go twice and after all order was canceled at the next day for no reason. Call back and placed order again. Very frustrating.

We love our washing machine. It is very quiet. I really love the steam option. It leaves clothes smelling great and looking new.

Works excellent, has lots of settings, the steam cycle is great and it's energy efficient. Perfect washer at a good price.

We purchased this washer to replace our previous Samsung washer, which broke. It turns out that washer has a reputation for getting out of balance and breaking. We have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet this one is. Our old one always made a loud knocking sound during the spin cycle. This one doesn't do that. We do miss a few features on the old one, like the Sanitize cycle and the ability to add prewash. Only time will tell how well it holds up, but so far it is performing well.

Excellent washing machine. Quiet, customizable and my clothes look and smell so clean after washing. This is a huge step up from my previous top-loader. The installation process was a breeze as well, and the installers were very informative and polite. Word of advice: keep the door open after a wash until dry inside to prevent mold build-up. This has been a problem with front-loaders, and the installation rep also advised this. This machine is definitely worth that small inconvenience.

I grabbed this during the President's Day sale and do not regret it one bit. Thanks to the guys at the Eden Prairie store, for being attentive and extremely helpful. I would recommend Samsung to anybody for appliances.

I purchased a scratch and dent floor model. The sides were dented and top scracthed but got a great deal (50% off) and I'm the only one to see it in the basement. Uses a third the water I used to. Still working on understanding all the different options.

We had a manufacturer defect on our first washer so that experience was very frustrating, but after we got it replaced it's been great. I have zero complaints about the unit

The washer is very easy to use and has more room so that I do not have to do 2 loads of the same color clothes

This is a fantastic washer. It has a cycle for everything I need. I particularly like the sanitize cycle as it really does clean up sweaty clothes. It has a good capacity. Be careful on the sizing though. If its near a door, this washer sticks out quite a bit and can interfere with the door. One con is that the washer door is not reversible. I dont understand why it isn't reversible when the matching dryer has them. This is an inconvenience is either placement or use.

There are so many wonderful features about this machine. Being able to easily adjust the settings is probably my favorite one. I do wish it had a delay start option though, that's the only con I've discovered so far

Only negative would be not getting the stand because front load tough on body mechanics. Kids love the alert tunes, almost makes you happy to do laundry

I have been very happy with this washer. It's easy to use, and my clothes are clean.

Love the washer. Bought the set to stack the washer’s controls are poorly set to be easily accessed in this configuration, hence the loss of a star, otherwise, great washer
