The only "complaint" I can say is that I did not have it installed because of an issue that would have delayed the delivery so I did not know about the transport bolts at first so it caused the washer to shake. Once i found that those needed removed then it has been working amazing ever since, so just a heads up if you install yourself. I love all of the options, cycles, and the way it cleans my clothes. I would definitely purchase again if I had to.

Upgraded and very glad I did good features but would love to have the smart app actually work that's the only tiny minor little thing I wish it actually did cause it said it did but a good washer

This is my second Samsung washer. Had a few doubts about getting a second one, but I liked the first one so... Does a great job, clothes are almost dry when they come out, so less drying time. Price was good too.

I bought washer and dryer set around thanksgiving holidays,pretty good for the price I have paid. Only thing I have noticed is that when washer is going through final rinse/ spin vibration is slightly higher than my previous top load washer.

Good machine. Clothing thoroughly cleaned with least amount of water. Quiet machine, cute song at end of cycle. Shakes during spin cycle.

Works as good as our Whirlpool Duet. Its a little louder than I had hoped and right now the drum seems to spin off balance...will probably have BBY exchange it (nice service from BBY!).

So far it works great! It's not a super expensive washer but it gets the job done. Only annoying thing was trying to get the packing bolts out of the back of the machine but I think all washers have those.

I love my new washer. It's beautiful, quiet (right by our bedroom, we can set the time for a load to run in the early morning and it won't wake us up). Buy it!

I love all the features, and being able to set a laundry load to my preferences, see how much time a load will take, hot/warm/cold settings, and etc. Love the simplicity and being able to customize a lot.

Bought these to replace a broken unit. They are quiet and wash well. The sanitize option is a great bonus.
