First wash door would not open, did not drain correctly. Spin and rinse and it opened. Had similar problems and it took very long for wash to complete, gave two different error messages. Called for service, have BB maintenance plan, stayed on hold, BB has no techs in area, sent me to Samsung for additional hold time. Samsung connected to third party site, more hold time and two week wait for service. Washes well.

The wife is really enjoying the washer. It has great features and is pretty quiet when operating.

My new Samsung platinum washer looks great in my new home. All the cycles work great. I take away 1 star because they are all very long cycles (1 hour 30 min). but I love the song it plays when your clothes are ready!

Basic model (5000) was best reviewed as budget option, for an extra 50$ also got stream option and more important cleaning cycle with higher temp.

I upgraded my washer after having a Whirlpool for 10 years. This washer is amazing so many lovely features...I specifically live the steam feature to sanitize items.

I don’t know if I needed the extra steam setting because we haven’t used it yet, but even without it we are very pleased

This Samsung washer was purchased to replace our old Samsung front loader. Like the changes to the inner tub design, door design and the clothes seem to be dryer then the old washer. Easy hook up and simple to use.

This is a great machine for the money. It gets our clothes really clean and uses less water. The only bad part was how heavy the machine is and with the pedestal was difficult to get level in the small space we have.

I originally bought a Top Loaded Samsung Washer 18 Months ago and I was not really happy with the way it cleaned the clothes. It always took longer than what the cycle time indicated, even though I used the HE detergent it recommended (I set a timer many times to make sure it was taking longer). I love the new washer and the Steam Clean option makes the clothes clean and fresh. By far the best washer I've ever owned!

Spin cycle squeezes so much moisture out of clothes and that makes drying faster. Energy savings!

This washing machine seems to have it all. Since I have had it only a short time, I have not had a chance to try everything out, but so far it is doing an excellent job with my laundry.
