We were looking for a reliable and quiet front loading washer. This one fits our requirements and price range. We have been using it for 3 months, it works well.

I had to replace my last Samsung front loading Washer due to the "spider" on the back of the machine disintegrated after 10 years & nobody had the part in stock, there was a 2-3 week wait for it, so you know it was a problem. I bought the similar/newer model of what I had so that it would match my dryer. I only gave it 4 stars because a washing machine should last longer and/or have parts available, especially since it is a well known problem.

This is a really savvy and cute washer. It sings a cute little song at the end of cycles and gets my clothes nice and clean. It definitely takes some getting used to. It has a plethora of options that can leave you scratching your head when it's just a simple load. It also smells a bit funny. After the first wash I noticed a funny smell that seems to linger. It doesn't stay in the clothes but I've had to do several bleach rinses because it's a very weird odor.

Very quiet and good capacity. Have not used all washing modes. Normal and heavy loads were working fine.

Beautiful design, easy to use, high efficiency, good results. I'm so happy with my purchase.

easy to load runs super quiet I forget its even on! gets clothes really clean.

I haven't used it yet. The drain hose can't be clamped down on my wash tub. The installer said it would pop off just sitting there when I ran the washer. He said to put a weight on the drain hose. Ya right.

I cannot think why someone would buy any higher model above these entry level machines. It does a perfect job every time. It front loads and has every possible setting needed.

My husband and I upgraded to the Samsung High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer and I am in love! It's user friendly and was installed in minutes! Very happy with my purchase

This set is very nice! My 16yr old daughter has taken over the laundry portfolio!! She enjoys using the machines and has so much fun! The sounds are great, laundry gets done quickly and drying is super fast

Bought to replace a 15 year-old top-loading washer. Very easy to use and have had no issues with smells from small amounts of residual water remaining after a wash, but we do keep the door cracked open when not in use. After two months of use, I would not go back to a top-loader. Auto-balance feature is great, especially with the many various types of loads we place in the washer. Would buy again.

I bought this washer, with the matching dryer, and could not be more pleased! I really have no complaints other than the metal door and knob arrived tarnished, but Best Buy was quick to make it right! I would definitely recommend this item, along with purchasing the item at Best Buy! So far, no complaints with how it washes.

Superior dryer for sheets, perm press, and delicates. Once you get used to utilizing your different choices, you will be extremely satisfied with your choice. Nice buzzer reminder.

I bought Washer and Steam Dryer together. Since those unit have been installed in my garage I never hear any complains from my wife, therefore I give 5 stars to these product.

Energy efficient and cleans cloths well. Does have long cycles but large capacity

This is my first front load washer, for some reason I think I prefer top load now after owning this, however no issues with how this unit works. Tons of options and does a good job.
