I've had several washers throughout the years and have become accustomed to missing buttons, frayed fabric and high water bills. When I purchased this washer, I was amazed at how little water it used and how gentle it was with my clothes. The annual energy cost of this unit is expected at $10! Samsung has outdone itself!

Purchased the washer and matching dryer in November when Samsung heavily discounted. Best Buy price matched and I was thrilled with the price. Also got a stellar deal on the pedestals. The next model up has additional wash settings, claims to be quieter and includes add wash. Didn't see the value versus the price. This washer has great reviews and steam function. Seemed like the best value for us.

This Samsung Front Loading washer is excellent and works very efficiently and quietly.

Like the controls has many load options and a large door. Got this as an open box item best purchase I've made in a long time

This washer does the job. It has great capacity and steam cleans. To make things even better it serenades you when the wash cycle is finished. This was a very great buy.

This washing machine has not disappointed. It works as advertised and it leaves clothes damp when finished allowing the dryer to take care of business.

Good size, able to wash large loads, bedding and more! Quiet and cleans clothes well.

We purchased this Samsung washer and dryer set a few months ago and we've had great results thus far. This is our first front load washer and we love it. Lots of settings to choose from. Had to adjust to the need for less detergent which will save $$ in the long run. Only complaint as many have stated is leaving the door open after each wash. However, not a deal breaker considering all the other nice features you get with this washer.

This Samsung washer is great specially if you have an allergy. You can use the steamer option to sanitize your clothes.

Washer and dryer is working better than expected. I should have bought Samsung 5 years ago but instead wanted to stay with whirlpool which I had owned for the last 20 years without any issues. What a mistake it was thinking that it would be the same. The only issue that I have is that even though the washer is leveled, the drum seems to go out of balance and it takes a couple of tries to balance itself but other than that it's working fine.
