Great performing product. Quiet and efficient. Seems to be very rugged as well.

Two words - LOVE IT! I first tried it out with the automated choices - and everything worked so well, there was no need to create customized settings. Cleans super well. If there were one complaint I have - is that you can't switch doors as you could on the other washers. So we had to reverse our dryer to accommodate the washer and it's kind of inconvenient but workable of course.

I'm very pleased with this washer. Easy to use and gets clothes very clean.

Compared to our old front loader this one is extremely quite and runs great.

We bought the matching set of these, and they are wonderful! We set them up ourselves, and putting them on the pedestals was a pain! Get it installed for you!! This has got to be the heaviest washer I have ever moved!! With that being said, once we got it leveled and hooked up, it is perfect. It is super quiet, washes good, and looks good too! I would highly recommend this washer!

This was our first washer purchase for our new home and we were not disappointed. The reviews we read online and the reality of the product once we got it were on par with our expectations.

I love the size and efficiency! Easy enough to use that my 10 year old can do it.

To start, and this is more to do with Best Buy than the actual dryer, the guys who "installed" the dryer, seemed to do an awesome job and we tipped them well as they were fast and easily moved 2 bulky old machines for us. They also taped up the trap door on the bottom that they likely broke and cracked the dial on the washer. I thought, at first it was where the plastic ended until I went to take the plastic piece off and noticed it didnt exist. Upon closer inspection, they taped shut the little door on the bottom of the machine because it will not stay closed without it. So they know they did it. But whatever, with three kids it will likely get broken eventually anyway, and none of the damage would impact performance. First thing I noticed is not much water goes into the machine. Making me skeptical about how clean the clothes were getting but I put on an extra rinse, and that is what being low efficiency is all about right? Any clothes started coming out still smelling like worn clothes, but it didnt seem too bad and I really hate to complain and really do not want to deal with this, I just hoped it would go away, like maybe the machine just needed to warm up or something. Well my 5 year old wets the bed sometimes and I got his clothes in first thing this morning and my fiance asked me to smell it and they still smell like urine. The cycle we are using now BTW is the one that takes 3 hours! This machine is terrible, and I dont know how anyone could recommend it after using it for awhile.

This is a great stackable washer especially for a condo with limited space.

This is our first NEW washer ever. Why oh why did we wait so long???? Quietest washer I've ever heard. And the sanitize function is REQUIRED if you have pets or kids.

I've had this washer for a month now and I love it. At first it was loud during the spin cycle but I realized it was because we needed to level the washer/legs. That was super easy to do. No complaints since. It's amazing. Washes everything so well! Easy to use control panel. Easy pullout compartment for detergent, softener, and bleach. Very elegant looking. Highly recommend!

This washer is wonderful!! Especially for the money!! It is a little low, so buying the pedestal would be a good idea.

I spent a great bit of time looking for a nice and efficient washer and dryer set without breaking the bank. I'm extremely satisfied with this investment! I love all the pre-sets available and the little song it plays when it's done, but it's good knowing I can turn it off for those late night loads. The installation people were the epitome of professional, courteous, and timeliness.
