My only thing I don't like is that I didn't buy the base I am getting them this weakened. So buy the base .

First washing after some dry runs faded and discolored our clothes due to the heat I'm guessing. We are learning to make the necessary adjustments when washing and drying our clothes. It is louder than I would have thought. The steam on the washer and dryer do nothing for keeping clothes from wrinkling. Just as wrinkled and just as washed as my multi decade old budget set that this set replaced. I disappointed that I am not seeing any advantages with a set for which I paid nearly 2,000 and a set I got for 100.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the new washer and dryer. Huge difference in technological advances since we last bought. My wife especially likes the refresh cycle in the dryer and swears the whites are definitely whiter now. Would definitely recommend the units to all who are looking t them.

New Samsung washer is very quiet, easy to use, and does an excellent job washing clothes.

Great washer! We love the front load option, and all the high tech features it offers. We recommend buying the pedestals if you have bad knees.

Good washer and would purchase again. The only thing is the spinning is loud and moves the washer quite a bit.

Only had this a month and it seems a great machine, it is certainly getting the washing clean. Lots of neat features and easy to work out controls.

This washer works well. Everything comes out fresh smelling. Only thing is it shakes quite a bit and the bottom feet are hard to turn to make it level.

We ordered this Samsung front load dryer couple of months back and it is working fine. There are more than 7 different cycles options. you need very less detergent to use. I did not give 5 stars because after every use the washer is wet and smells really bad. I have to keep washer door open and so later it will be dry and there will not be any smell. I am not sure if there is any other way to get the washer dry automatically after every use.

This is my 2nd Samsung washer; the first one lasted 8 years. This one seams to be quieter; no issues so far.

This washer is a wonderful size, it does a great job of cleaning the clothes, and I love the control panel being in the front.

Have had this for 2 months now and so far I love it. I have a few throw blankets that had a wet dog smell that would never go away with my old washer. With just one washing in this they smell brand new! Very pleased. Many cycles and functions to play with. Has a nice big door with makes putting larger items such as blankets in.

Could not be more happy with this set. Bought them for our new house an they are everything me and my wife were loooking for.

the washing machine is quiet very modern and runs and cleans well. it has many of the newest features and so far so good. would purchase again

Works great! Leaving clothes clean and is not a loud machine.
