So many features east to use cleans clothes great.

The steam cycle on this washer is amazing! My husbands clothes are finally coming clean and I couldn't be happier!

It is one of the good Samsung products i have bought, and i have always been happy with Samsung products. Also Best Buy makes the buying experience even better.

Love this washer! We have tile floors throughout the majority of the house and noise was a problem with the previous washer - this one is so very quiet! Also, the clothes seem to come out cleaner and with less damage. We have had the washer for a month now and have had a need to use most of the settings. We love this washer.

We have had the product a few weeks, it is performing well. Easy to use. We had a Whirlpool front load prior. We leave the door open when not in use, it dries nice, no odor. I would recommend it. We were able to get a best buy price reduction on tax free day (high efficiency) and memorial day sales price drop. Good purchase thus far

I love this dryer, quiet, fast and doesn't shrink my clothes. The delivery crew was great, the first one they sent out had a defect, they put it right back on the truck and had another one out to me 2 days later. This was my first time buying an appliance from Best Buy and I was impressed, would buy from them again.

Just moved into a new house and needed to purchase a washer and dryer. I'm very impressed with Samsung's products. It offers so many choices for cleaning it fits my family perfectly. Some days I use heavily soiled feature for the dogs bed and other times I can use the quick wash. I cannot think of any negatives.

This is the washer for the techy. I have lots of choices as to load size, temBperature, spin, etc. However, sometimes I don't know which to choose, so I long for old fashioned days when I stick in the clothes, add some detergent, and wash. But I am learning and there are features that I am liking, such as the quick wash, the slow spin, and other perks for delicate fabrics.

I ordered the washer it came in pretty quickly, the installation guys showed me some of the features. I love it

Everything looked new and was functioning great after technician installed it. Bought it with pedestal for convenience. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I don't like how it shakes during the initial spin cycle even though it adjusts and stops. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like that or not but I will have to watch to see if it gets worse over time.

I just purchased but already I really like how much better it is than my old washer. It is super quiet, looks great and the clothes turn out just wonderful and fresh. I also like that is a front load as opposed to top. Samsung has a great reputation. I have their TV and love as well. Very pleased with purchase at this point.

Unfortunately 1st washer arrived with defects, tremendous amount of noise & movement. Had purchase Best Buy warranty & after a home inspection it was schedule for replacement. 2nd washer is working nicely although it's more noisy and spin harder, can be heard & feel on the room beside the laundry, which was not an issue with the old washer.

It is gets job done saves money on bills easy to use

Have own washer for two months now, very quite and I just love all the options to choose from. I swear my cloths are coming out even cleaner since I bought this machine also drying time has been cut in half with the high speed spin, definitely a recommend.

Works just as expected , was using the same model in my rented house and so bought this one for my own house

Washing machine working great. Has steam options. Quick clean option along with enough options to do any job.

This is a great washer. I love the front loading capability and it works like a charm. Definitely recommend.

We love our wash machine . The only thing that would make it better is a louder signal to let you know when it is finish washing
