This replaced our older GM model and we are glad we choose Samsung. Have been using it for a few months now and there are no flaws. The noise level is low and the looks are beautiful as well. We also use the Samsung dryer that matches with is and they can also be stacked if needed. A+!

We bought this washer as an open box item. The price was very attractive even though there were many scratches visible. Wen delivered, we noticed that the front drain cover was missing so we called Best Buy and got a gift card for the missing part. The delivery guys were great as well.

Very quiet, clothe comes out clean. The reason i took a star off is because it does take sometime in normal cycle. It does have the option to do a quick wash if needed sooner. Also, don't like how the detergent, softer and bleach are so close to each other, sometimes i accidentally slip on the wrong compartment.

This machine by far surpasses everything I wanted in a washing machine. Love all the functions it offers!!

We started using this washer in December and it seems to do a good job of cleaning, but the door is not reversible. Where we have it situated the opposite door swing would be ideal, but it cannot be changed The dryer can be so we have the washer opening the one way and the dryer opens the correct way.

We upgraded from an exploding Samsung model to this one because of the rebate. We went from a top loader to a front loader. We've had it now for a month. We like that it takes less water and fit our full size comforter. The clothes have less water so takes less time in the dryer.
