Customer Ratings & Reviews

It runs quietly, has many different washer settings, much bigger than the last one I had

It is nice to have a beautiful equipment to use. My wife enjoys doing laundry without any problems.

Seems to work great, we use it to wash rags every day so it gets a workout but seems to be fine so far

We started using this washer in December and it seems to do a good job of cleaning, but the door is not reversible. Where we have it situated the opposite door swing would be ideal, but it cannot be changed The dryer can be so we have the washer opening the one way and the dryer opens the correct way.

I’m very happy with my Samsung washer. Also happy with the great price I got at Best Buy!

A great product at a great price, right when I needed to buy it.

Never had a front load until this one. We picked a great front load for our first one!!!!

Love this washer! The steam function was required when purchasing and love it. At times, some of the cycles take quite a while to complete. It's really quiet. We have two dogs and sometimes the hair can be a bit much for this washer to handle, constantly having to clean off the seal. Overall, it gets the job done.

I don't find anything special but this item runs good so far. I bought it just for couple weeks so

Missed the Deal by a couple of days but I still managed to grad them! love our new washer and Dryer!

Love all the options and the little song it sings when the load is done as opposed to the loud buzz of older machines, washes more than I thought and when trying to push its limit on a load size my clothes still come out clean and the machine is nice and quite

Installer where great and fast. Best Buy did everything they said As for the washing machine. I am very happy with it.

So far so good. Very compact and great for washing clothes. A huge step above my old top loader.

The machine is great and quiet. Like many others stated. The soap dispenser does have standing water. It can be easily dumped I out. Not a major problem.

I love it point blank period. My clothes are much cleaner since we switched over to this style washer

I love this washer! Is fast and efficient. Samsung definitely makes great products. The only thing I have a little problem with is I love those scent booster packs and you can't use them in this washer or they get stuck and wedged in places and don't dissolve. Other than that we are happy with our new washer!

Works great. Will never have a washer without the Sanitize setting again...love this feature :)

It was for my mom, but she loves it. She likes that has steam and many other options

I love this washer especially the self cleaning function. It is very functional and not too expensive for our family.

Wash very good, don't understand the little to no water wash but clothes are clean
