Love this washer! The steam function was required when purchasing and love it. At times, some of the cycles take quite a while to complete. It's really quiet. We have two dogs and sometimes the hair can be a bit much for this washer to handle, constantly having to clean off the seal. Overall, it gets the job done.

Seems to work great, we use it to wash rags every day so it gets a workout but seems to be fine so far

I love it I can now wash large comforters and it is not as rough on my clothes as my old washer also get my clothes clean with less soap which saves me money.

Easy to use, relevant features. I particularly like the sanitize cycle. I love the "my cycle" feature to save my most common settings. We got the grey/steel color. It gives it a richer look than flat white - glad we splurged a little for that.

Missed the Deal by a couple of days but I still managed to grad them! love our new washer and Dryer!

I love this washer! Is fast and efficient. Samsung definitely makes great products. The only thing I have a little problem with is I love those scent booster packs and you can't use them in this washer or they get stuck and wedged in places and don't dissolve. Other than that we are happy with our new washer!

So far so good. Very compact and great for washing clothes. A huge step above my old top loader.

The machine is great and quiet. Like many others stated. The soap dispenser does have standing water. It can be easily dumped I out. Not a major problem.
