The directions are clear on the individual cycles and the right cycles for the correct type of load of laundry. Our laundry almost looks brand new again.. extremely clean. The spin cycle does an excellent job on removing excess water.

So far it is running good, I am very happy with the purchase and price paid, Giving 4 star for now.

Bought this on sale for 600, many more features than my last front loader (Kenmore HE2). Only issue we have is that it is very loud mid wash. Other than that no complaints.

I did turn it on and it is pretty good so far. But it shakes a littel while spining

Love the steam option. The washing machine looks complicated, but is very user friendly. The steam option is something that I have grown to love. I was very happy with the overall experience with Best Buy with free shipping and install.

I love them , but they are noisier than my old set of washer & dryer which is discouraging as I was hoping they’d be more quiet due to being 8 years newer . But overall they work amazing and wash my king size comforter comfortably which is a huge plus!!!!

I was able to follow instructions very easily. So far I am really liking the product. I was a little disappointed with the depth of the pedestal. Some of my detergent bottles do not fit, so I still have to store outside of the unit, I was really hoping to eliminate that.

Only had this for about t a month, but so far this has been a great purchase. It efficiently washes my loads in a minimal amount of time and is very quiet. This is the first front-load washer I've owned, and frankly didn't know what to expect. Se far there have been no leaks, weird odors or washer "walk". Do yourself a favor though... After a load, leave the door open for a few hours to let it dry. This will cut down on the mildew and smells that can occur. We got this on sale and bought the combination w/d set with the optional pedestals.

Pretty fancy washer and dryer. Also easy to use even for people like me who are technology challenged. Honestly only time will tell. When I make purchases like this for these prices I am banking on them lasting at least five to ten years.

i'm very happy with the new washer, exceeded my expectations. saves a lot of time, it seems like it takes good care of my clothes too, they come out almost wrinkle free. it hardly makes any noise. and it's very nice looking ;)
