Just bought a new house and purchased this same set for it.

We bought this washer after owning a 4.5 CU Samsung with more cycles at our previous home. We never used the extra cycles it come with and the drum size isn't a big change for us. Saving the $250 by getting the small one was worth it.

I am in love with this machine. Just wish i had the money to get the dryer.

Have only had this washer for a short time but so far it has done a great job. First time owning a front loader and I gotta say I love it. I'm only 5"1" and I practically had to crawl in to my previous washer to get the clothes out because it was so deep.

Had machine 2 weeks and loving it so far. Quiet, no leaking. Takes a bit longer to run cycle, but maybe that's common for front loading. We stacked with Samsing dryer. Dials are a bit high, but definitely usable and space saving.

This washing machine is incredible and worth every penny.

The washer was a great value and cleans the clothes really well, however it makes a little more noise than we thought it would and we had to have a tech come out to replace the filter that was broken after only 60 days. Overall though happy with this washer.

My first front loader I find the washer to wash clothing very well I like it a lot,enjoy washing.......uses less soap and water a big plus...I did find it needed to be plased on a pedestal just for ease of loading and unloading..

This washer and dryer are leaps and bounds over my previous ones. The only thing that is a downfall is the height of the products. I'm 5'11" and have issues with bending over to get into the both of them. Would definitely recommend a pedestal for the both of them.

Only thing we wish it would come with pedestal and not have to pay $279 more

I chose the washer and dryer for its great, sleek look and it matches my space, wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, was happy to have front load and new! the washer is meant to be stuffed full and I am just one person so that isn't going to happen so the washer rocks/rattles when it is trying to balance. its okay for the most part. Best Buy did address my concerns. The first delivery guys dropped a cap and screw driver down the washer pipe and couldn't get it out so I had to have a plumber cut the dry wall and cut the pipe to get it out and then install a new pipe. Then a dry wall person had to come fix the wall and I was able to paint it and then Best Buy sent another crew to actually install the washer and dryer. Needless to say I was very frustrated by the time this all took, the damages that occurred and the multiple people in and out of my new house - all the time it took me to clean up after each of them, the time off work it took me and the lack of having a washer week to week BUT I will say that every time I called Best Buy, they answered my calls and let me vent my frustration. I was pointed to Breanna ( I will not use her last name ) and she took care of me 110%. She understood why I was so upset at times and was very sympathetic to the situation. If it was not for Breanna, I would have returned everything to Best Buy and they would have lost my business for life time. She really salvaged the relationship and respect I have for Best Buy and she made me feel like my concern mattered. I was quite impressed by the time everything was done at how pleased I was at the service I received. I have never had a reason to bad mouth Best Buy because Breanna was always there to answer my call and my questions and help the best she could in fixing a bad situation. There were a couple of the install folks who I really respected and appreciated too but I cannot remember their names, sorry.

lots of cycles -- more than i know to use. Easy to stack.

Both washer and dryer look and work great. I am happy with the purchase.
