Yes, most of the settings (except quick wash) take a long time but my things really come out clean, much cleaner than other washers I've used before. It does vibrate and "walk" on spin, still figuring out how to deal with that, for now I've put some soft textiles between the washer and wall so it doesn't rub against the wall. It holds more than I thought it would and has washed many heavy loads of big blankets and towels well. One annoyance, (this is probably true of all new washers I assume) once the load is washing and I want to add something, it locks me out, even when I turn it off and on again. I love that there is a rinse and spin setting and also spin only. Overall I am very pleased.

Works good, should have got the pedastal

The unit has a dent on both sides but works just fine. It does sit low and we were told our old pedestal would work but it didn't. Now we are looking for a open box pedestal for $50.

Best Buy worked with us and was very accommodating! No issues with the seal to date. Love the large capacity....& the look. Overall a very good washer.

Clean, clean clothes and NOT beat up!

I don't have to dumpster dive for the clothes and you can tell immediately from the bright colors that they are getting cleaner!
