Great Products but installation was poor.

I purchased the washer and dryer on June 30 and it took 4 times for someone to come out and get the units installed and the old ones removed. This is 3 times too many. I had to deal with corporate and the store manager to get the units finally installed and it took two weeks. This should have all been done when the new units were delivered. This was not a good experience and I will have to seriously think before I purchase something from Best Buy again.

I thought the front loading feature would be an inconvenience, but I can actually fit more clothes in the barrel. They are energy efficient, and I love the steam feature on the dryer.
